Chicken Chop
Sumber: Majalah Wanita November 1999
Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam (diambil peha dan dada)
1 biji telur
1 biji tomato
1 helai daun salad
Sedikit daun pasli
Sedikit lada sulah
20 gm potato chip (digoreng)
20 keping biskut tawar (dikisar halus
Sedikit Lea & Perrin atau tepung ubi (untuk disapu pada ayam) Bahan sos:
1 biji lada buah
1 biji bawang besar
2 sudu besar sos cili
½ batang lobak merah
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos lea & perrin
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
Cara:
Gaulkan ayam bersama lada sulah, lea & perrin. Kemudian gaul rata menggunakan tepung ubi. Pecahkan sebiji telur dan celupkan ayam. Salutkan biskut tawar yang telah dikisar ke ayam. Goreng ayam hingga kekuningan dan angkat. Masakkan sos selama satu minit. Hidangkan. |

Avocado to kupas kulitnya. Pastu keluarkan biji dan hiris dalam setengah inci each. Campurkanlah dengan other green veges yang you mix untuk buat salad. Dressing tu terpulang pada individu. Plat suka taruk french dressing je... |

Malam kelmarin plat buat roasted leg of lamb....tapi sempat ambik gambar lepas hb dah hiris the meat....
Ini masa baru masuk oven.....

Grill Salmon Steak
Assalamulaikum n hello saya ada try masak Grill Salmon Steak baru-baru ni so saya grill salmon tu pakai microwave aje
Grill Salmon Steak
3 Keping Salmon Steak
3 inci halia
3 sudu besar perahan lemon
2 sudu besar madu
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
1 sudu kecil kikkoman soy sauce
1 sudu kecil garam
Dip Sauce
Mayonaise
Perahan Lemon
Sayuran
2 Batang Karrot
1 Kuntum brokoli
Rebus sayuran dengan air rebusan yang di letak garam serta sedikit minyak zaitun supaya sayuran hijau nampak cantik
Halia di tumbuk hancur campurkan madu, lada hitam, soy sauce dan garam satukan dan perapkan fillet salmon dengan bahan perap dan simpan ke dalam peti ais selama 2 jam supaya sebati.
Kemudian grill salmon fillet selama 20 minit on high dalam microwave oven dan balik kan setiap 10 minit.
Selamat mencuba ..............

kat Tesco sini...sempena krismas..ikan salmon dorang jual half price...murah banget tapi dorang jual..sekor2 beso2 gedabak plak tuh..klu beli sekor..mau 2-3 bulan baru abis..
akak suka ikan salmon masak dgn butter dan mixed herbs..goreng dgn minyak + butter sket..pastu makan dgn vege stim aduhhhh enaknyaaa |

Roasted Lamb Shanks
Ingredients:
4 lamb shanks
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs finely chopped garlic
2 tbs finely chopped onion
2 tbs dried rosemary
2 tbs mint sauce
2 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to hot.
Place in large baking dish with half the oil.
Combine remaining oil in small bowl with garlic, oinion, rosemary, sauces, sugar and salt. Using hands, press rosemary mixture all over lamb. Place lamb in the dish. Roast, uncovered, in hot oven about 30 to 40 minutes or until lamb is brown all over and cooked as desired.
Mash Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes - boil, steam or microwave until soft, drain
2 tbs butter
1/4 cup fresh milk
1/4 tsp black or cracked pepper
salt to taste
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and mash until smooth.
Polenta cakes
Ingredients:
Cooking-oil spray
1 litre (4 cups) water
1 tsp salt
1 cup (170g) polenta
2 tbs seeded mustard
Method:
Lightly spray 23cm-square slab cake pan with cooking-oil spray.
Bring the water and salt to a boil in large saucepan. Add polenta, cook, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens. Add mustard, stir until combined. Spread polenta into slab pan. Cover, refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm.
Turn polenta onto board. Cut into eight rectangles. Heat large lightly oiled non-stick frying pan. Cook polenta in batches until browned both sides. This recipe serves 8.
Mixed veges tu boleh boil atu steam. Kalau suka goreng dengan oyster sauce pun boleh. |

saya tak pasti harga salmon di UAE ni mahal ke murah tapi rasanya sama aje dengan malaysia......sekali sekala ubah selera sedap kalau selalu nanti takut loya aje............actually gravy dia kita boleh buat mushroom n black pepper ot black pepper aje nanti kalau ada masa saya post kan resepi dia............... |
