Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe has enjoyed a secret Valentine's date... with co-star Emma Watson.

Daniel,18, and Emma - who plays Hermione Granger in JK Rowling's boy wizard blockbusters - were spotted huddled together in the garden of a London pub.

One surprised onlooker said Emma, 17, appeared to have totally fallen under Daniel's spell.

The pair arrived at 10pm at the Imperial Arms, Fulham, West London - a stone's throw from Daniel's home.

They quickly headed out to the garden hoping not to be seen.

It is thought to be their first date.

The onlooker said: "They arrived quite late at the pub - about 10pm - and sat outside, using each other's bodies for warmth.

"Emma,who was wearing a black top and matching pashmina, kept looking over her shoulder nervously as if she didn't wanted to be recognised. When people started to notice the couple and began pointing, she wrapped her scarf around her head so only her eyes were peeping out.

"Daniel found her new look hysterical and started laughing. Throughout the night, in fact, he just kept giggling like a love-struck teen.

"The pair seemed totally absorbed in one another's company, though - they were chatting and joking easily until just before closing time.

"They then left the pub, heads together and whispering, and headed in the direction of Daniel's home nearby."

Although the teenagers have been friends for seven years - since filming Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in 2001 - they have never before been romantically linked.

Last week, Emma was rumoured to be dating Razorlight's Johnny Borrell, 27,which she denies. Daniel split with Equus co-star Laura O'Toole, 22,earlier this year.

Tom Ducker is Emma's (assumed) ex. He is a star rugby player and the two dated off and on from January of '06 (or perhaps even before). They were pretty serious over the summer -- he was her escort to the Paris premiere, she took him on a European holiday in late July, they were both always wearing matching rings that were thought by some to be commitment rings -- but it is assumed they broke up in the fall.

Many people believe Tom cheated on Emma with multiple girls and he is just generally assumed to be a bit of a prick.

Dan dah putus ngan gf dia tu. Emma, mulanya putus especially lepas dia tertengok gambar bf dia dalam satu web. Yg lawaknya web tu adalah hasil nukilan peminat dia cuma web tu mmg memaparkan gambar yang private-private sahaja. Even diaorg ada siarkan surat yang emma pernah hantar kat bf dia tu masa diaorg nak putus. Akhir yang aku paham, the owner of the web terpaksa berundur sbb emma dah kenakan lawsuit kat web tu. The web still there except mod2 dia dah lain. Baru2 ni pon ada lagi gambar, tak berapa jelas whether diaorg sambung balik tak percintaan diaorg.

OY wizard DanielRadcliffe is desperate to find a mystery girl who locked eyes with himat the AFI awards ceremony in Melbourne last year. TheHarry Potter star, who has often spoken about not being able to find agirlfriend, revealed for the first time his missed opportunity at theAFI awards in December.

"Therewas one girl there, oh my God, she had these eyes that just looked atme like she wanted to pounce on me," Radcliffe said of the girl he sawbackstage.

"She stared at me the whole night and I was going to get her number and then I couldn't find her.
"Imust have walked around that party for an hour trying to look for thisgirl like some sad pathetic dweeb - but it would have been so worthit."

When asked if we could help find her, Radcliffe blushed and regretfully shook his head.

"I don't know, I don't know her name, I can't remember her name. It was one of those things but she was stunning."

In an exclusive interview with the Herald Sun, the 18-year-old revealed his admiration for "brilliant" Australian women.

Theboy star, worth an estimated $50 million, has in the past told of hisfears of "gold diggers". He said one day he hoped to meet the rightwoman, and she could well be an Australian.

Radcliffe said he would visit Australia again, a country and people he loved.
His dream would be to return with some mates for an Ashes series, spend two months in the country and go to all five Tests.
He also revealed Melbourne was his favourite city, and his that parents had a flat in Toorak.
But he is not so keen on our cabbies.

"That's the one thing I'd say against Melbourne. The taxi drivers are useless," he complained.

"The amount of times my mum reached through and stopped the meter in those cars. It's ridiculous.

"I can't believe when you get in and say you are going to Federation Square, they didn't know where it was."
