YUP.. dah baca since 2004.. best gak... watak paling suka
1. Bill - walaupun dia ni buduh sbb...(yang baca jer tau, hehehe)
2. Alcide Herveaux- Sbb dia ni ikut gambaran.. mmg laa HOT HOT HOT... hehehehe
Berjaya menyebabkan kawan aku get hooked dgn buku ni lebih2 dr aku. siap order kat Amazon! Dia tolong aku donlodkan TrueBlood dari intenet.. mak aiii.. walaupun adik2 aku pun minat Sookie Stackhouse mystery... tp, aku takkan ajak adik2 aku tgk DVD donlod tuu.. huhuhuhu.. manyak adegan yg 21SX hehehe..
Dan citer tu menunjukkan area southern USA tu tak laa maju noo.. mcm kampung-kampung..
but I like Sookie.. Atleast dia cuba hidup sejujurnya.
makhluk2 magik / supernatural dalam citer ni yg dah appear so far
Telepath - sookie, barry
vampire, werewolf, weretiger(Quinn, bf dia yg latest tp menyepi), werepanther,(dan mcm2 WERE lg), shapeshifter, fairy, witch,dan tak silap akan ada makhluk supernatural yang akan muncul lagi.. yang aku sebut ni yg berlegar di sekeliling sookie jer..
So, dalam society Vampire dan Werewolf ada ranking, dan wilayah masing-masing. Ada King and Queen Vampire yg ikut wilayah (states, like that matter!)..
Kawan aku minat sangat dengan Eric.. Aku lak minat sangat dgn Bill.. dia kata Bill mmg my type laa, jenis2 misterius ni.. hehehehe
Overall, citer Sookie ni mmg best, a bit funny and refreshing.. Tak mcm Linda K. Hamilton(aku pernah review dlm thread yg aku dah lupa tajuknya)... |

kalo u dah baca buku ni, mesti rasa cam lain sikit sbb movie tu dia tak ikut exact storyline buku. for example, tara mae takde dalam buku... which is thank god! i tak faham btw, apa peranan tara mae tu..  |

synopsis for book 3 - Club Dead
Club Dead
There抯 only one vampire Sookie Stackhouse is involved with (at least voluntarily) and that抯 Bill.
But recently he has been a little distant and Sookie felt that he is hiding something.
Bill informs Sookie that he has to go somewhere on a top-secret mission for the queen of Louisiana (vampires have a strict territorial hierarchy) and promptly disappears. Later, Sookie is informed by Eric, the charismatic head of the local vampire territory, Sheriff of Area five, that Bill failed to report back and he suspected that someone has kidnapped Bill in Mississippi and that his life may be in grave danger. Sookie also learns that her undead boyfriend was actually summoned by his maker which also his ex-girlfriend, a vicious vampire named Lorena, who was hired to seduce, abduct, and torture Bill to obtain his top-secret information. Eric believes that Russell Edgington, the powerful king of Mississippi, has Bill somewhere on his sprawling compound. Feeling betrayed, but owing to their sweet memories, Sookie decides to rescue him. To get into the ring, Eric get a very hunky Alcide Herveaux, a werewolf to 慼elp |

Bill tu buku memula oke la, cam tak ade perasaan sgt..rasa dier terlebih sangat misterius huhu..
even biler tau dorang buat live action pun cume rasa excited sbb menat tengok stephen moyer..
masa tu sume giler dok tunggu sapa yang pegang watak Eric..
dah tengok pun dok tunggu2 bila la Eric nak kuar  |

ya...lepas tengok siri ni kat cinemax, tengok kat kredit this is based on the novel, terus teruja nak carik buku nya. dari review / sinopsis yang i jujmpa kat internet, buku ngan movie nya tak sama sangat cerita nya, kan? well....most movie yang based on novels pun tak pernah nak sama, right?
p/s: twilight the movie owh so disappointing to me. sorry. |

a'ah....i agree with u, mango..
kadang2 kalau kita dah baca novelnya , don't expect too much from the film...cerita kat dalam buku biasanya memang tak sama ngan dalam filem kan...kan...pasal tu lah ,kadang2 bila saya dah tonton filem yang saya suka, saya akan cari novelnya...just to make comparison...and sometimes i found that i love both the book and the movie - love both in a different way...
as for me, for those who love reading - they got the advantage of knowing about a story with two different version...but for those who hate reading - they only know the story from the movie alone...so, read on, book worm!!! |
