hehe...pening sebab dah cuba bermacam2 kan kinna....kali ni mom dah tinggalkan yang lain2....sekarang focus ber SHAPE PLUS sahaja untuk slimming. jamu2 + collagen2 tak masuk list kan kinna.

confirm banyak lemak pasal bila buat assessment..normal fat kat atas..kat bawah obese ooo..baju size S/M tapi seluar L/XL...kalau muat M kira dah tak obese atas bawah |
