Ni kampeni bumi yang staff less than 5-10 people ke
Masa interview keje dlu dia ada bagi JD x..
Qualification u tally dgn skop keje x?
If gaji ciput n JD u everything under the sun..mmg best option lepas slow talk dgn boss is to resign
Believe me u will never regret it..
But lesson learned is that next time pilih kerja make sure tahu JD dulu
Most important part of work is to choose one that suit you
Then baru u blh perform n jadi good employee..
Else u never be a happy 9-5worker
Kaka doakan awk jmp rezeki baru..start again w right mentality
Nego betul2 apa ok apa xok masa interview..
mmg process dia jadi agk renyah..byk kena research
tp u akan puas hati n rasa fulfill doing ur job...
unless u mmg xkisah diperah then no need to do all the due d..

tambah2 time AL.
sbb iols pakai ipong, so i buat focus mode yg ala2 flight mode tu.
only selected apps or call je yg boleh pop-up notification.
wasap pon i tak jenguk time out of office.
my time is too privilege, to entertain workshit |

mcm kwn aku, baru lepas surgeri, dia punya team coordinator bertubi2 msg, call suruh folow up kerja.. bodoh ke idak, padahal dia sendiri boleh buat benda tu. timbangrasa lah sikit kan, kawan tu sakit kot..

dia ada Bg JD...tp mcm tak ikut he JD tu her her her...
i ada degree in accounting..masa iview dia cuma info HR buat payroll n sewaktu dengannya..tpfull spectrum HR rupenya kena buat...haru...
Gaji?...Allah...bukan x bersyukur..bg alasan pandemik..underpaid..
what i gain working here within 6 month...not easy to manage people n manage numbers(accounts) in one time...craziest xperience..staff turnover tinggi gile...have no assistance...citer byk pon tagune...resign oledi...
in sya Allah kaka..ur advice really appreciate it..semoga ada sinar di akhirnya...aminn ya mujib

Kaka bukan suruh u jadi pekerja yang bkira ya..
Kadang2 as employer mmg ada benda kita perlu minta staff kita tlg even after office hours..but both kena reasonable laaa
And as employee mmg kena niat the first 10years tu as learning curve..jgn nk bkira sgt dgn majikan
But of course within limits
Priority and balance is the key

errrr i jenis tak kisah org cri i lepas office hour....i sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu. mmc comp i dalam bidang solid waste. so masyarakat ni buat aduan tak kira masa. kadang tgh malam..weekend. tp i ready je untuk respond bila2 masa. hence i happy bila satu2 masaalah tu settle. tp tak de lah smpai nak kena bukak laptop semua tu. just settle thru phone je lah. kalau tak boleh settle sngat i ckp, by monday morning i akan respond asap.
buat masa skang...i berdua je dgn husband..so i ada banyak masa kot..plus i mmg sukaaaa kerja...tp kalau dpt rezeki anak nti ntah la mcm mana pulak workstyle i kan...

U r an example of employee yang work your expectations wisely..sebab tu u xpressure becoz u know what u dealt with and what u signed up for
Bila kerja dgn syarikat kecil..mind set dia lain
Syarikat besar juga lain mind set dia
Committed employee yang sedia bkhidmat ni sgt la asset to a company no matter how big the business is..
And you work within ur own 'nature'
Yakni u mmg people person hehe

ye kaka...sy bukan pekerja berkira..t/jwb yg diterima sedaya upaya dijalankan sebaik mungkin...tu la...Allah hadirkan org2 mcm ni utk kt lebih kuat lg menghadapi ujian2 akn dtg...
if kaka ada nmpk peluang di mana2 utk sy try apply bgtau la sy ye...take care too kaka..

Pernah juga suara kan pada boss. Weekend and after office hour pun still tanya pasal kerja. Tapi our situation is a bit different kot, understaffed and workload sangat2. Kejar dateline semua. Mco dulu lagi worst. WFH but kena update tak kira masa. Alih2 gaji dapat 50% je. Nak sedapkan hati, fikir kerja kerana Allah je. Segala2 nya pun kerana Dia. |

haa..kan..mmg komunis lah.. member aku tu call aku curhat pasal ni.. sudahnya aku suruh dia pergi tido, jangan layan kalau drg call.

yup..maybe depends on situation...kdg2 terfikir..apa yg dia minta tu bkn urgent pon..tetap kena buat di waktu opis..melainkan mmg dh disediakan laptop..minta urgent data..n semua yg diminta butir pekerjaan di pejabat..WFH..mmg x boleh buat apa dah...faham keadaanya..kita accept the situation..sbb ada kekangan time mgmt n workplan tertentu...station tak tetap...tp bila dh normal balik...udahla buat kerja WFH lagi...opis2...kat rumah pon opis lagi..aiyooooo...
