dulu iols pernah borak dgn satu banker maybank..
masa tu iols loan cimb utk 1st house iols..
disebabkan iols takde loan lain, interest rate iols lebih 1% drpd standard rate waktu tu..
then banker tu beritahu, after 5 years gitu, i boleh request kat bank utk revise i punya interest rate provided that 5 tahun tu i bayar cantik.. (moneywise lg jimat la dr i nak kena buat refinancing plus takaful pun kena buat baru kan)
cuba u try.. mintak bank revise interest rate u, without refinancing.. |

Wahhhh thanksss....
In the mean time i dah restructure current loan for 12 months... tapi mmg cimb among the highest & the fastest nak naikkan rate...
