Cara
1. Nasi sejuk, kacang hitam, beras dan halba dikisar halus. Angaran pekat saperti adunan apam.
2. Campurkan yis segera kedalam adunan ini.
3. Biarkan sebentar.
4. Panaskan kuali leper .lenserkan sedikit minyak.
5. Tuangkan sedikit bancuhan adunan.
6. Semasa menggoreng kuali hendaklah ditutup.
7. Apabila permukaannya sudah kering bolihlah diangkat.

If you are careful with your proportions, you won't wind up with a sticky nightmare!
1 (1/4 oz) package active dry yeast (about 2 1/4 tsp)
1/2 cup lukewarm water
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup (8 fl oz) lukewarm water
Mixing bowl, rolling pin (or use a bottle), paddle or similar to transfer bread to and from oven, pizza stone or baking sheet, oven.
DISSOLVE yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water, add one tsp sugar, stir and let stand for 10 minutes until frothy.
IN a large mixing bowl combine the flour and salt, mix thoroughly using your hands or a rubber spatula; make a well, add the yeasty water and about 1/2 the lukewarm water; mix and gradually add more water a few TBSP at a time using a rubber spatula (it can be very sticky until well mixed) until firm and elastic and just a little sticky (may adhere slightly to your hand).
TURN dough on to a lightly floured working surface and knead for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Return to the bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and leave in a warm, draft-free place to rise for 2-3 hours (much less if you are using 'rapid-rise' yeast). |

Pita Bread [NinoZ]
Ingredients
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons salt
6 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
Dissolve the yeast in the water and stir in the honey. Add the salt and then the flour, 1 cup at a time. Stir until you can't mix the dough anymore.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured countertop. Knead for 10 minutes, or until the dough is elastic.
Place the dough in a buttered bowl, turn to coat all sides and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise until it is doubled in size, about 2 hours. Punch it down and shape into 10 balls. Let the balls rest for 15 minutes, then shape them into 7-inch rounds.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and bake the rounds on a cookie sheet set on the lowest rack in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Wrap them in a cloth napkin until ready to serve. Makes 10 rounds.
Easy Pita Bread [NinoZ]
2 c warm water
1 ts sugar
1 pk dry yeast (or 1 tb)
5 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 ts salt
In mixing bowl, combine water and sugar, sprinkle yeast and let
stand for 10 minutes or until dissolved and creamy. Using electric
mixer, beat in 2 c. of the flour, oil and salt, beat for about 3
minutes or until smooth, scraping down side of bowl from time to
time. With wooden spoon, beat in enough of the remaining flour to
make stiff dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead
for about 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in
lightly greased bowl, turning to grease all over. Cover with plastic
wrap and let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
Divide dough into 16 or 32 pieces. On lightly floured surface, roll
each piece into 7" or 4" rounds. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes
or until slightly risen.
Meanwhile, heat ungreased baking sheet on lowest rack in 500 degree oven (240 C). Using floured metal spatula, quickly transfer 2 or 3 pita rounds to heated baking sheet, bake for 3 or 4 minutes or until puffed and light golden around edges. Repeat with remaining pita rounds. Let cool between damp tea towels. Pitas will collapse and soften slightly, but pocket will remain. (Alternatively, if crisp pitas are desired, let cool on racks) Pitas can be stored in plastic bags in freezer for up to 1 month. Makes 16 7" pitas or 32 4" pitas.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until firm and browned well. Serve
the kibbe from the pan or invert it onto a platter.

INGREDIENTS
265 ml warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
375 g all-purpose flour
6 g salt
15 ml vegetable oil
6 g white sugar
6 g active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in bread pan of your bread machine, select Dough setting and start. When dough has risen long enough, machine will beep.
2. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently roll and stretch dough into a 12 inch rope. With a sharp knife, divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each into a smooth ball. With a rolling pin, roll each ball into a 6 to 7 inch circle. Set aside on a lightly floured countertop. cover with a towel. Let pitas rise about 30 minutes until slightly puffy.
3. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Place 2 or 3 pitas on a wire cake rack. Place cake rack directly on oven rack. Bake pitas 4 to 5 minutes until puffed and tops begin to brown. Remove from oven and immediately place pitas in a sealed brown paper bag or cover them with a damp kitchen towel until soft. Once pitas a softened, either cut in half or split top edge for half or whole pitas. They can be stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for several days or in the freezer for 1 or 2 months.
ROTI PITA [soulha]
Bahan-bahan ( 8 biji )
200g tepung roti
50g tepung
150g air
5g gula
5g garam
15g olive oil/minyak masak
2.5g dry yeast
Cara-cara Masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam bread maker. On kan.. tunggu siap. Keluarkandari breadmaker.
***Kalau uli dengan tangan. Guna air suam atau 40C. Adunan ni lembiksket.. jangan tambah tepung. Bila dah siap uli.. penaikkan sehingga 2kali ganda.
Tumbuk-tumbuk untuk keluarkan angin. Bahagikan adunankepada 8. Buat bentuk bulat. Rehatkan selama 10 minit.
Letakkan sedikit tepung di atas papan pencanai. Ambik satu adunan tadi. Canaikan biar jadi leper.. saiznya lebih kurang 13cm.
Bila nampak dah naik sikit. Boleh bakar dalam oven pada suhu 230 degree selama 4 minit

Chicken Pie [hanieliza]
Bahan Kulit:
500 gm tepung gandum
1 cawan majerin atau butter
1/2 cawan shortening..lemak sayur..majerin warna putih
secubit garam
1/2 cawan air sejuk dari peti sejuk
Cara:
1. Gaul semua bahan kecuali AIR SEJUK mengguna RUBBING method sehingga peroi.
2. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul rata.
3. Simpan adunan dalam peti sejuk dalam masa 30 minit.
4. Masakkan intinya...
5. Keluarkan dari peti sejuk dan bahagikan kepada 4 ketulan.
6. Leperkan setiap ketulan. Masukkan satu kedlam loyang pie yang telah disapu butter/majerin.
7. Lapikkan adunan dgn kacang tanah yg telah dilapikkan aluminium.
8. Masakkan kulit pie dalam oven 170'C selama 15 minit.
9. Bila telah masak..keluarkan kacang tanah tadi.
10. Masukkan inti ayam dan tutupkan semula dengan kulit pie lagi.
11. Cucukkan kulit pie [ditengah] dgn garfu dan tekankan keliling kulit pie supaya adunan kulit bawah bercantum dgn kulit atas.
12. Masakkan dalam oven 180'C selama 20 minit.
13. Sejukkan sebelum dipotong dan dihidangkan...
Inti:
300 gm isi ayam...hiriskan nipis/potong dadu
250 gm kentang ..potong dadu
1 labu bawang besar..potong dadu
100 gm sayur campur (mix-vege)
1 sudu besar rempah kari ayam ..dibancuhkan ngan sikit air

Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak/butter untuk menumis. Tumiskan bawang besar sehingga layu.
2. Masukkan repah kari dan biarkan naik minyak.
3. Masukkan ayam dan kentang dan gaul rata. Masukkan air. Biarkan mendideh dan agak kering.
4. Masukkan sayur campur.
5. Bila dah masak/kering..masukkan garam dan gula dan daun sup & daun bawang.
6. Angkat dan sejukkan.

Crust:
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
5 to 7 tablespoons cold water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flour and salt. Using pastry blender, cut in shortening until particles the size of small peas form. Sprinkle one tablespoon of water at a time over flour mixture and toss with fork to blend. Add enough water to hold the dough together. Form two balls.
Roll out bottom crust on floured surface to 1-inch larger than inverted 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Ease the dough into the plate loosely and press in place. Trim bottom curst even with edge of plate and pour filling into bottom crust.
Roll out top crust. Cut slits for steam to escape. Cover filling with top crust and fold top crust under bottom crust. Seal crust and flute edge.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Pastri:
1lb gandum
1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
4oz majerin
4oz mentega
1 biji telur
air (secukupnya)

Inti:
sebelah atau lebih dada ayam (dibuang tulang dan dipotong kecil2)
4 labu bawang besar(dipotong dadu)
3-4 biji telur ayam
cendawan butang (secukupnya)
1 mangkuk sayur campur (250-300gram)
5 sudu besar sos tomato
2 sudu besar sos tiram
sedikit gula,garam dan serbuk perasa
Cara buat inti:
-panaskan minyak masak kemudian tumiskan bawang besar sehingga naik bau.kemudian masukkan isi ayam.apabila isi ayam nampak keputihan masukkan sos tomato dan sos tiram.selepas itu masukkan sayur campur.masak sebentar.masukkan gula,garam dan serbuk perasa.kemudian kacau hingga masak.
-masukkan kesemua telur dalam satu bekas kemudian masukkan inti yg di masak tadi ke dalam bekas yg berisi telur.kacau sehingga sebati.
Cara membuat pastri:
-campur tepung,garam,serbuk penaik,mentega dan majerin dalam satu bekas.gaul dengan hujung jari sehingga menjadi seperti serbuk roti.
-masukkan sebiji telur dah gaul lagi.setelah itu masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit.gaul adunan hingga adunan itu boleh di canai.
-ambil 1/2 atau sedikit drpd adunan yg diuli td (tgk kpd saiz bekas yg hendak digunakan utk membakar) kemudian canai(jgn terlalu nipis).
-letakkan adunan yg di canai td ke dalam bekas yg digunakan utk membakar.kemudian masukkan intinya.
-ambil adunan pastri yg selebihnya kemudian canai.setelah dicanai,tutupkan inti td dengan adunan yg dicanai itu.
-potong lebihan tepinya kemudian tekan dgn garpu supaya ia lekat(boleh juga diklip mcm buat karipap).setelah itu sapu kuning telur di atas pie.
-bakar selama 45 minit dengan suhu 180 darjah celcius.
*biasa saya buat resepi ni dpt 2 bekas yg berdiameter 16cm.
*resepi asal dia masukkan mustard ke dalam inti tu,tp saya x pernah jumpe mustard kat kedai.

2 cups plain flour
150g butter, chilled, cubed
1 egg yolk.
2-3 tblsp iced water
1 egg yolk, extra
1 tblsp milk
-sift the flour into a large bowl
-rub in the butter with your fingertips until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.masukkan sikit2 jer butter ni.. jgn masukkan sekali semua.. takut terlembik.. the clue is when the dough cam bread crumbs
-Add the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of the water and mix with a knife, using a cutting action, until the mixture comes together in beads, adding more water if the dough is too dry.
-Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and gather together to form a smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
bila nak pakai boleh la diivide pastry in half...
then roll out , until large enough to line the pie plate.
the fill with cold filling..
line the rest of the pastry on top...
Brush the pastry edges with water.
Lay the pastry over the pie and gently press or pinch to seal.
Trim any excess pastry.
Cut a few steam holes in the top of the pastry.
Beat together the egg yolk and milk and brush over the top of the pie.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is hot. |

2 cups 2% lowfat milk *
Topping:
1 cup Preserves Fruits (such as orange, apricot or pineapple)
1 teaspoon water
1-1/2 cups assorted fresh fruit
Preheat oven to 425篎.
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Cut in Butter Flavor Crisco to form cornmeal type mixture. Sprinkle with water a tablespoon at a time; toss with a fork. Divide dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each into 4-inch circle. Press into tart molds or place pastry circles over back of inverted 2-3/4-inch muffin pan cups or small custard cups. Pinch together in several places so pastry fits cups. Prick with a fork
Bake at 425篎 for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on rack 2 to 3 minutes, then carefully remove shells. Cool completely.
Prepare pudding following package directions.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of pudding into each tart shell.
Melt preserves and water over low heat. Strain through a fine wire mesh collander. Cool slightly.
Arrange fruit slices on top of pudding. Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon preserves over fruit. Serve immediately.
*Whole milk may be substituted, but calories and cholesterol will increase

Inti

what to do :
pecahkan telur dlm mangkuk dan beat the egg with a fork sampai telur kuning dan telur putih tu sebati. masukkan items (b), (c) and (d) dlm mangkuk and mix them well.
pastu selamkan roti dlm mixture tu. make sure both sides of the roti is well coated with the mixture.
Panaskan pan and put a bit of butter in the pan.

Yoghurt Pancake [nano]

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 tub plain yoghurt
2 tblsp sugar
100 gm floor
1/3 tsp baking powder
50 cc water
Method:
Mix everything in a bowl.
The batter should come up to a fairly thick consistency.
Heat a flat non-stick pan over very slow fire.
Use a serviette to coat the pan with olive oil.
Scoop the batter and drop a ladle full of it onto the pan.
Let one side cook, then flip the pancake over to cook the other side.
When both sides are done, remove from pan and serve.
PANCAKE STACK WITH WHIPPED BUTTER & MAPLE SYRUP [Kimmy]
1 1/2 cups (185 g/6 oz)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp caster sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) milk
60 g (2 oz) butter, melted
100g (3 1/3 oz) butter, whipped (with electric beaters or a wooden spoon)
maple syrup to serve.
Method:
1. Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Mix together the eggs, milk and butter in a jug and pour into the well all at once. whisking to form a smooth batter. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set the batter aside for 20 minutes.
2.Heat a frying pan and brush lightly with melted butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup (60ml/ 2fl oz) batter in the pan and swirl gently. Cook over low heat,until underside is golden.
3. serve the pancakes stacked warm or cold with whipped butter and maple syrup.
SPICY PANCAKES WITH CINNAMON CREAM [Kimmy]
1/2 cup ( 60g/ 2 oz) self raising flour
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp ground cardamon
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) milk
2 eggs
fresh raspberries, to serve
CINNAMON CREAM
1/3 cup (90 g/3oz) sour cream
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 ground cinnamon
Cara membuat sama saperti resepi diatas.
To make Cinnamonm Cream
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bolw. Cover and refrigerate
Pancake Oat [Rimbun]
1/2 cawan susu cair
2 sudu besar susu pekat manis
4-5 sudu besar oatmeal
1 biji telur
sedikit baking powder
garam skit
sedikit serbuk kayu manis
Tepung gandum dlm satu cawan (jgn habiskan, depends pada kepekatan bancuhan)
Masukan semua bahan diatas (kecuali tepung gandum) kedalm blender. blend sampai sebati. then masukan tepung gandum. agak2 jgn sampai pekat sangat.
Goreng atas non-stick frying pan yg di letakn dengan sedikit butter.
Letak dalam 2-3 sudu besar setiap kali goreng (supaya nipis) sampai habis adunan
Bole dimakan begitu sahaja or di sapu peanut butter/kaya/nutella n digulung or dilipat.
Oat tu boleh jugak di ganti dengan pisang berangan
Penkek Susu [Adeknana]
4 sudu tepung gandum
4 sudu susu tepung
1 butir telur
secubit garam
1/2 sudu kecik baking powder
Air secukup pekat/cair
Bhn tambahan:
Nestum
Oat
Campur sumer, kacau sampai rata. kasi belen pekat ngan cair dia.
Nana ceduk pakai senduk utk kuah tu, satu senduk = 1 keping
goreng dlm kuali biasa je... insya allah sodap.
Sodap lagi kalu cicah susu manis (org kg ekekek) atau apa2 syrup

Egg Banjo - Roti John Style [detox]
Roti Hot Dog
Telur
Garam
Lada
Bawang - di dadu
Cheese - any kind cheddar , mozarella, parmesan
cara :
1. roti hotdog tu di belah(jgn putus) sapu butter dan buat toast on pan.
2. whisk telur + garam + lada with forkpanaskan pan with butter.- skit je just to glaze the panbuat cam telur dadar
3. once dia dah garing bubuh cheese, biar sampai cheese cair,tepi kan.
4. in the same pan (klu rajin nak pakai pan 2 - 3 bijik pun tak kisah)panaskan butter -skit je masukkan bawang dadu tadi
5. dah layu bubuh atas cheese yang dah cair tu
6. bubuh le apa2 atas dia -cili sos / mayo/ apa 2 la yg u all suka
7. lastly letak dalam roti hotdog yang dah di toast

Shrimp Tartlets [dindazZz]
Pastry:
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup CRISCO all-vegetable shortening or 1/3 CRISCO Stick
1/3 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 to 2 tablespoons cold water
Filling:
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable blend (such as cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots )
Sauce:
2 tablespoons CRISCO all-vegetable shortening or 2 tablespoons CRISCO Stick
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash white pepper
2 tablespoons whipping cream
2/3 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
For pastry, preheat oven to 425篎. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in Crisco with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles cornmeal. Stir in cheese, egg, and enough water to form dough.
Roll out pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Using the lid from a 3-pound Crisco can as a pattern, cut 8 circles (about 5-1/4 inches each). Place pastry circles over backs of inverted 2-3/4-inch muffin-pan cups or small custard cups. Pierce with a fork.
Bake at 425篎 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a rack for 2 to 3 minutes, then carefully remove shells from muffin pans.
For filling, prepare vegetables according to package directions. Reserve 8 vegetable pieces for garnish. Chop remaining vegetables to 1/2-inch pieces. Keep all vegetables warm while preparing sauce.
For sauce, melt Crisco in a saucepan. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture boils and thickens; stir constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in salt, pepper, cream, and Cheddar cheese.
Spoon vegetables into the baked tart shells. Spoon sauce over vegetables. Garnish with vegetable pieces. Serve hot.

1. POTONG BAWANG BESAU DAN KECIK
2. CAMPURKAN DENGAN TELUR, DAGING DAN SARDIN..
3. CAMPURKAN GARAM,,KASIK RASA SIKIT
4. PASTUH, LETAKKAN PADA ROTI. ATAU TEKUPKAN ROTI DI ATAS RAMUAN DI ATAS.
5. MASAK LER MACAM KORANG TENGOK KAT PASAR MALAM TUH.
6. LEPAS TUH LETAK LER TIMUN, SALAD, MAYONIS DAN SOS..
Roti John [hanieliza]
Beberapa biji roti hot-dog...belah 2 saperti nak masak hot-dog
Hirisan timun atau salad hijau
sos cili
mayonis
1 tin kecil sardin ........hancurkan isinya
1 labu bawang besar...potong dadu kecil
3 biji bili merah...........cincang halus
2 biji telur..................pukul skit
garam secukupnya
Cara:
1. Gaul rata semua bahan.
2. Sapukan skit minyak dalam kuali leper (lebih elok gunakan kuali tak lekat) dan sendukkan adunan sadin dan tutupkan dengan roti hot-dog yg dah dibelah tadi.
3. Biarkan garing skit dan angkat.
4. Masukkan hirisan timun atau salad dan sos cili & mayonis
5. Hidangkan semasa panas /suam
Roti john ala Singapore [blackmore]
kalau kat spore plak...roti john nie...slalunya kita gunakan roti perancis...roti nie dibelah dua dan potong ikut suka masing2...
...daging cincang nie kita goreng dulu (tanpa minyak tuk hilangkan darahnya)
...bahan2 lain termasuk telur...daun sop/daun bawang yang dicincang halus...bawang besar yang dipotong dadu..kalau korang nak pedas..lada merah dihiris halus...sedikit serbuk lada puteh...garam dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa..sedikit mentega...untuk disapu di kuali (gunakan yang jenis flat pan)....
...semua bahan2 nie (kecuali roti ngan mentega) disatukan...bila nak masak...senduk sedikit adunan nie tadi dan disapukan diatas roti lalu ditekap di kuali yang sudah dilumurkan dengan mentega...pastu masaklah sehingga dia golden brown gitu...kalau korang suka...di sebelah atas roti tadi bley jugak disapukan sikit ngan mentega dan dibalikkan jugak buat seketika...sedap makan begitu aja...atau dengan sos chili ngan timun yang dipotong tipis2...
