Kita blh waived tax jual umah tu skali seumur hidup.katalah ko nk jual umah ko,pastu ko blh ckp kt loyer nk waived tax jual umah tu.tp ble ko bli umah ke2,pastu ko jual balik,mmg kena la tax tu.
Lg 1,semua kena tax,even umah ko dh 10thn pun kena,tp.percentage tax tu rendah je la.within 5thn tu tax tggi.

Yup U kena tax kalo buat transaction bawah lima tahun
RPGT.. keuntungan dari jualan real estate uols.. benda ni gomen buat untuk elak spekulasi in real estate.. so kalo uols jual rumah within 1 year, banyak % u kena bayar to gomen

Ada di atas el explain kalau rumah lebih 10 tahun pun kena rpgt ye. Tapi info yg munchkin dapat dari link lebih 5 tahun and above 0 tax melainkan jual pada company /bukan warga. Rules baru ke?

kan kene bayar 2.5% dr harga rumah. I tak tahu lah pulak kenapa kene bayar. tp kalau nak buat transfer mmg kene sijil setem ldhn.

Xsilap wana kalo duti setem bukan ikut range harga??bukan fix 2.5%..

100k n below: 1%
100-500k : 2%
500k n above: 3%

utusan malaysia page 26 kata 'Cukai Che Ta hampir RM1 Juta setahun'  katanya dia bukan tak bayar, tunggakan banyak sgt lhdn suh settlekan tunggakkan setahun tu, baru leh fly

nak sambut birthday dekat London ye, takkan rm500k (half) tak mampu, dia pergi overseas pun hampir jumlah yang sama kan ..

what the fish che taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ..
