Red dates and halba boleh direbus sama ke?. Bg sukatan. Halba panaskan badan kan.

I tak campur. Red dates tu selalu rebus dgn ginger atau serai. Fenugreek tu buat fenugreek tea on its own, atau kadang2 telan je seeds tu mcm mkn ubat, minum air byk2

Matcha tu green tea in powdered form. Cuba you read up psl matcha kat www.matcha.my

Cinnamon pun I suka letak. Tapi cinnamon yg bagus is ceylonese cinnamon. Not the common cinnamon yg jual kat kedai runcit tu. Nama scientific diorg lain.

Minum air pandan pun bagus. Once in a while mmg kami buat air pandan kat rumah. Air pegaga pun. Rasanya a few months back ada articles banyak psl benefits of pandan. Mat sallehs baru discover.

Terpaksa uolsss... banyak penyakit huhuhihi tapi cepat badan rasa sedap. Makanan adalah ubat. Makan benda elok, elok lah badan cewah. I pun pakai coconut sugar. I tak ambik soy products. So i use coconut aminos sebagai kicap. Susah lah cari benda2 tu kat malaysia ni. I harap nanti ada company malaysia buat produk2 makanan sihat dari kelapa.

Hee i pun sukaaa sgt jumping jacks sbb sejenis pemalas. Lompat senang haha tp utk i tak sesuai buat heavy cardio camtu, sbb trying to gain weight. Greentea suruh i buat weight training instead. Nampak gaya mmg sit up, crunches, lunges etc tu la yg i kena slowly buat balik lepas ni. Huwaaa malassss

Cari brand Rainforest Herbs. Boleh beli online pun. Cuma they use coconut from Indonesia rasanya. Sbb local production coconut kita tak cukup.

Banyak penyakit start dari perut, so i diet untuk fixkan perut i. Dulu selalu gastrik, pedih perut, muka kusam, sakit2 badan. I minum bone broth hari2 for breakfast. Pakai slow cooker, masak kaki ayam, cuka epal(yg jenis keruh tu), bay leaves, bwg putih at least 6 jam. Iols pantang, benda yang i tak makan: gula, nasi, bijirin, kentang, rempah2 biji, susu, tomato, cili, terung byk lagi tak leh ingat pulak sekarang ni. I masak sayur, ayam, ikan, daging etc etc. Hari2 makan kenyang, tak berlapar pun. Berat sentiasa turun walaupun tak exercise.

I sebenarnya nak sihatkan perut tapi mengurus adalah bonus hihihi. Kulit muka i lebih bersih sekarang, heartburn pun dah takde. Nanti kalau dah betul2 elok, i boleh reintro balik makanan2 yg i pantang tu. Giteww. So sapa2 nak turun kilo cepat, boleh lah try paleo or keto. For more info, boleh google lagi.

InshaAllah boleh. When I started yoga, I have serious neck and shoulder pain as well as lower back pain. Masih sakit lagi skrg tapi tak seteruk dulu. Camel pose i buat still sakit la. Takleh buat lama2. Bak kata cikgu, slowly.

Untuk bagi semangat, kita kena ada "The Why". Tujuan and kenapa kita nak sihat. Iols nak sihat sebab nak besarkan anak, and nak anak i makan makanan sihat jugak, biar dia belajar good eating habit.

i pun lebih kurang mcm u, ada prob leaky guts. i jd allergic to ayam, seafood, dairies n kacang2.
then i start minum acv n madu lebih kurang 6 bln, pastu entah mcm mana boleh pulak nak try mkn ayam nandos n kulit dah x de gatal2 mcm biasa.
dairies dah boleh mkn tp i ambik sikit2 selang 3 hari. kalau mkn telur, mkn telur ayam kg.
seafood n nuts je still pantang. tak berani mkn, seafood amik satu suap je utk rasa.
kacang apa pun tak leh mkn, nnt bengkak. masa trend chia seeds, i tried tp bengkak jari2 lps mkn.

acv n madu mmg i still minum, tak berani skip. dulu try lemon n madu tp x menjadi n tetiba lemon mhl pulak. tu yg ganti dgn  acv.
i skip daging and ambik tauhu. dulu mkn lamb sbb ganti ayam tp now mcm dah tak leh masuk.
