waaaa..banyaknyer resepi pasta dlm thread nie..1st time msk sini..ske gak msk..hihi.. slaloo msk pasta goreng/makaroni goreng..leh la pasni try msk pasta..lasagna..best2..anda sume amat best!

sori diana..lambat balas since terlekat kat bod travel nun lepas dpt book tiket airasia ke bali ..
resepinya senang banget & mmg slurppp gitu..okay resepinya as below

Spagetti Seafood Olio
1 bungkus spagetti - rebus & ketepikan

bhn2 lain
sotong & udang - sendiri budget nak banyak mana
bwg putih tumbuk - 2 sudu
olive oil
cili merah 5 btg -tumbuk
capsicum merah/hijau (one each- ikut suka)
garam
italian herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, thyme - apa ajer yg adalah..)

cara2 nya
bubuh minyak dlm kuali (kalau nak budget boleh pakai minyak masak biasa dulu-ok jer..sedap jugak )
dah panas, tumis bwg putih, naik aje bau masukkan cili merah..dah garing sket terus masukkan the seafood & the herbs. (i masukkan basil, oregano & tyme)
masukkan garam
lastly masukkan aje spagetti yg dah drebus tu..i add olive oil sekali (rasanya lain-lemak2 gitu)
balik2 kan & make sure all bhn dah sebati, angkat..hmmm terus rasa nak buat malam nilah..

p/s: kalau makan kat klcc tu..dia ada letak isi ikan (maybe dory fish) so maybe u boleh add ..cam sedap jerr

inilah hasilnya

Dah cuba masak style anita sarawak yang hemo bagi tu...
Boleh tahan juga sedapnya....

Sabtu kelmarin, masak lagi, tapi kali ni gunakan cili api yang merah tu...

Tumiskan bawang putih dalam olive oil, agak2 dah garing sedikit, masukkan
cili api yang ditumbuk... biar garing sedikit, terus masukkan spagetti yang
telah direbus ke dalamnya... nak makan perahkan skit juice lemon....

Simple & nice....

Wah! sedap2 sungguh nampaknya pasta2 kome ye....
Saja nak kongsi resipi nak buat pasta, sesapa yang teringin nak rasa fresh homemade pasta sendiri, bolehla mencuba,
Saya jumpa resipi ni kat internet...saya dah cuba and dapati mudah nak buat & sedap

pasta
(for 4 person)

220 gm tepung
2 telur
a pinch of salt
water if needed

-mix salt dgn tepung, buat lobang ditengah, pecahkan telur ditengah tepung, telur kacau dgn fork.
-campurkan tepung dgn telur sikit demi sedikit, kalau kering sangat, letak air, kalau lembik sangat, letak tepung.
-make sure doug tak terlalu kering @ lembab, sedang2 je
-dengan dua2 tangan, uli dough dalam 10 minit hingga dough licin dan kenyal
-sesiapa yang ada mesin mee tu bolehla gelek guna mesin, tapi yang takde, guna rolling pin je, gelek hingga mendapat ketebalan yag dikehendaki
-make sure masa gelek letak tpg banyak supaya mudah untuk gelek
-kemudian, potonglah dough mengikut saiz yang dikehendaki samada saiz angle hair @ spaghetti @ fettucine. kalau nak buat bentuk pon  boleh; fusili @ shell @ penne @etc...(tabur tepung banyak2 supaya tak melekat)
-finally, rebuslah sehingga masak (saya rebus kejap je dlm 5 minit sbb nak al dente je)

* kalau nak buat coloured pasta plak;

green: guna daun bayam; potong2, pastu celur, perah airnya & blend dgn satu telur yang kita nak guna tu then mix dlm tepung
red: tambahkan air rebusan beetroot dlm tepung

kalau nak letak perisa pon boleh, semuanya berdasarkan kekreativitian anda....
pasta ni untuk di masak terus, tak sesuai disimpan
