dlm Atkins diet xleh mkn buah dan roti wholemeal sbb carbo dia sgt tinggi.. kalau x bleh tahan gak try cari roti breakthrough sbb carbo dia rendah compared to roti2 lain. sekeping roti breakthrough carbo dia baru 4.5 gram. tapi dgn syarat mkn sekeping sehari lh.. jgn mkn 10 keping lak hihihi

ok akan ku beli roti tu..sekeping je eh..sehari...nak tanya, kerepek ubi kayu boleh makan ke kalau diet atkins nih... Cam teringin sangat nak makan bila nampak anak makan...hehehehe..

hai guys..ari ni i puasa...petang tadi timbang *2.1 berbanding *3.6 sebelum ni..(sorry berat terpaksa dirahsiakan

menu berbuka
-salad, telur rebus, tomato cherry-letak thousand island sket (sket je sekadar rasa)
-sup sayur, makan sayur je kuah campak (dah mmg selalu camtu)
-segelas 100 plus -terpksa sebab hari ni kuat berjalan sana sini.turun naik tangga beberapa kali sampai dah lemah badan

hari ni shopping brg kat giant, banyak brg ambik letak balik sbb berazam nak buat 2 minggu tanpa carbo.err....i mean less carbo

kekekkekeke..mama, berahsia sungguh ko nih yer.. Apa salahnya share.. Haku pon tembam jugak, berat 55 kg..tinggi 154 ajek, which means, haku nih renek.. Konon nak berusaha dapat 50kg..Tapi macam mimpi jek, sebab dah 3-4 minggu nih, berat haku cam tu jek... Sungguh keciwa..

Pagi ni mula breakfast dgn salad,cheri tomato dan hirisan epal merah.letak thousand island sket.
Masalahnya kul 9-10 sure lapar.nk makan apa erk yg less carbo sementara nk tunggu lunch?any idea?

i lak on calories diet....1 day i ada about 1100 calories to spend....will try to eat food yg less in calories but filling....pastu nak make sure i take atleast 40gm of protein...i ada beli GNC Lean Shake 25, which is high in protein...25gm kalu tak salah....kalu ada days yg my protein intake on d low side, baru i take d shake....

Psl exercise....i try to do it 3x a week....kalu weekdays, maybe bole buat less than 1 hour jer. Sbb balik kerja letih lah...But on weekends, I try to do it atleast 2 hours....i do alot of walking and a lil of other exercise...mcm squat....
