exercise... pakai sports bra yang bagus bila buat cardio workout..
then u kena buat plank and bua ...
Bagi mem buat..now dia dh rajin exercise...fyi sis..wife sy tgh dlm process kuar Dari issue kemurungan..now dh back to normal..but still I kn byk support.. kena byk mengalah time dia mode swing.. |

Agree..too much expectations la..then Ada bnd yg I buat dia sedih..but I'm already learned that's mistake..skrg ni try approach mcm² Cara..
Wife I ni baru start nk appreciate diri dia..& now dia tgh bljr buat senaman utk Jaga perut..Dan bdn..happy la tgok dia Makin ok..

Avoid laaa unnecessary problems... bermesej dgn orang lain ke apatah lagi berskandal nauzubillah.... bila kita usaha utk bahagiakan spouse yang halal, insyaAllah dilipat ganda kan rezeki dari yang tak terjangka...
