Whey protein is derived from milk. It has the benefits of human mother's milk.
It is also rich in essential amino acids. Whey protein is highly assimilated by our body compares to other source of protein. It also contains whey fractions which help boost our immune system, speed up recovery after strenous exercise and build muscles.
Sori, sy tak tau terang dlm BM. |

Bodybuilder Sazali going to SEA Games as a coach
PETALING JAYA: Malaysia's top bodybuilder Sazali Samad (pic) will be involved in the SEA Games, but not as an athlete.
The Malaysian Bodybuilding Federation (MBBF) have opted for newcomers to carry the challenges in Bangkok and they have asked the two-time SEA Games champion to be the coach.
Malaysia will have three male bodybuilders in their squad for the Games. They are Tun Jahafar Abdul Rahim (below 55kg), Mohd Salim Mat Salleh (below 60kg) and Buda Anchah (below 70kg). All of them were winners in the Mr Malaysia championships early this year.
The 40-year-old Sazali, who was the 2006 National Sportsman of the Year, said that he accepted the MBBF decision on not to select him for the Games.
揑 will devote my full concentration on the World Championships in South Korea at the end of the month. It is my top priority this year, |

Sazali sizzles with fourth title
PETALING JAYA: Bodybuilder Sazali Samad made history by winning his fourth Mr Universe title in the 61st World Amateur Championships in Jeju Island, South Korea on Sunday night.
Sazali capped a move to the below 70kg lightweight category title by coming out tops in a field of six finalists.
He had made it to the top six in pre-judging on Saturday, which saw the rest of the field of 14 participants eliminated.
Germany's Patrick Ostolani took the silver while Richard Riedl of Slovakia, the runners-up last year, settled for bronze this time.
Sazali's previous three world titles were won in the below 65kg bantamweight category and his latest achievement has ensured his place in history as the most successful bodybuilder the country has produced.
Sazali took his first title when Malaysia hosted the championships in 2000 and he repeated the feat in Moscow in 2004.
He was the silver medallist in the 2005 edition in Shanghai but bounced back to win his third title in Ostrava, Czech Republic last year. |

Sazali took his first title when Malaysia hosted the championships in 2000 and he repeated the feat in Moscow in 2004. He was the silver medallist in the 2005 edition in Shanghai but bounced back to win again in Ostrava, the Czech Republic, last year.
The first Malaysian to win a world title was Clancy Ang in 1962.
The Malaysian Bodybuilding Federation (MBBF) secretary Francis Yong said the the 40-year-old Sazali made the transition into the heavier category after the Doha Asian Games last December. He had a great start this year, winning gold at the World Police and Firemen Games in Australia in March.
揝azali continued with his training programme despite the Hari Raya festivities. In fact, he cut short his holiday in his hometown, Batu Pahat, after the first day of Hari Raya to come back here to train, |
