About 10 yrs back, ai buang salur yg sambungkan hati & gall blader bcos of the cyst. Salur tu diganti dgn small intestine. Kira ai buat 3 in 1 ops, gastro bypass, ganti salur & removed my gall blader. Sakit ai ni rare, conginental. Few cases je setahun

Some PT kt gym x layak pun jd trainer for me.
Push sgt.
In ur case i wld say u kena mintak advide doctor what to do.
I seriously x faham sakit u, but i wld say, bersederhana dlm exercise.
Sekadar mampu.

1)kalau u tak nk bontot leper mcm lempeng atau mcm nangka, sila buat squats lebih.
2) sila scrub lutut dan ketiak.
3) sila buat leg exercises, jogging, jalan banyak2.
4) jgn lupa buat sit ups!!

Kakakks, tq bukak benang ni walopun iols belum abes khatam. Mmg tgh struggle nak lose weight. Tinggi 161cm berat before 56kg, in 2 years time naik jd 75kg. So sedih. Semua baju dah xleh masuk. Pinggang seluar dari 26/27 now dah 32. Tapi dah lebih sebulan jugak iols control makan, dlm seminggu 3 kali jalan atas treadmill dlm setengah jam, tp berat tak berubah2 pun even 100gram! Stress mak! Iols xnak go extreme diet mcm atkins tu sbb iols ada gastric and ibs. Tapiiii stressnya tgk diri sendiri dlm cermin. |

Mcm akk buat atkin la.org lain turun sampai 10kg sebulan.akk turun 500gm. Hanat sggh!!! Dah la seksa.
Then akk follow diet sdri.badan kite, kite tau la sdri. What i do, i stop carb termsk nasi for 2 weeks. X jadi!!! X turun.
Then i stop that, i buat 2 weeks no sugar n segala mala manis. Yes! Menjadi.so i believe i x blh ambik sugar.so sampai skrg if i need to shed some kg, i stop la manis2 semua. |

2 kali sehari.lunch n dinner. I dinner at 6pm. Mlm kalau lapar, minum susu or makan buah.kalau berat ms tu dlm 52kg, i will give myself a chance to eat comfort food. Kalau berat cecah 54kg, i will stricly diet.
Pagi i mkn nasi lemak/bihun goreng separuh.
Kopi 3 kali sehari.
Kalau bercuti, all hell break loose.makan apa nak. |

I pun tak leh tinggal kopi...but 2 kali sehari je...sarapan and petang....akak lunch minum kopi j ...

I pun dah tak ada gall bladder. Buang sbb ada gall stones. Tapi kena buang gall bladder sekali. That was 15 yrs ago.
Like @noraidil_06 suggested, better consult doktor. And know your body and limit. Start with brisk walking.
Dah 3 hari I start brisk walking (on top of yoga). Cari kawasan yg ada naik turun bukit so that ada resistance training jugak. My target is to walk Target hari2 sampai hujung bulan ni. Tak dapat 10k steps pun takpe janji jalan kaki.
Kalau pagi I buat yoga, petang I jalan maybr 1 round je. Kalau takde class yoga, I buat 2 rounds mcm semalam dengan hari ni.
We’ll see how it goes. Niat nak kuatkan kaki and lutut. Losing inches and weight tu adalah bonus!

Sama diet kita kaka, portion mmg sikit mmg xboleh telan dah nasi byk2 & mmg iols memilih 1 jenis benda manis je hari2 |

I pun mcm u. Cut sugar InshaAllah turun. Walau tak nampak kat scale tapi rasa perut ringan. Tapi itu yg den lomah tu hehehe yang manih2 ni huhuhu |

Takde resipi khusus, selalunya saya rebus 15 biji kurma merah + 7 biji longan kering + 1.5 liter air...tak payah lama sangat. Lepas mendidih, simpan dalam flask dan minum. |
