hmmm.... mushroom soup tuh one of my fav instant food... x pnah lak try combination mushroom soup + pasta... nanti la try if terasa nk mkn pasta...

Spaggeti Sos Daging Cincang

Bahan-Bahan:

300gm daging/ayam cincang
15 tangkai cili kering (mesin)
5 biji bawang besar(cincang kasar2)-boleh kisar jika suka.
1 labu bawang putih kisa.
1 inci halia
1 tin kecil tomato puri
1 cawan sos tomato
garam, gula, secukup rasa.
1 tin baked bean (optional)

biasanya kan kalo buat spageti carbonara, 2 of the ingredients dia bacon dgn cream..

soalan saya, bhn apa yg sesuai nak gantikan bacon dgn cream nie??

sebenarnyer bacon ni ada  jugak beef bacon.....tp saya tak pasti la kat mana nak carik beef bacon nie...

bacon bulih ganti dgn daging cincang ker....ok jugak rasanyer....cream...naper nak gantikan cream? kalau tader dream tader la rasa lemak2 tue....hmm...yummy.....tapi maybe gak bulih ganti dgn susu cair mungkin.....cumer kalau cream ni lemak dia lain sket laa.......guner single cream instead of heavy/double cream....tp kalo tader single cream boleh gak guner heavy/double krim but cairkan la skit ngan air.....tu cara saya la.......

saper2 lagi yg leh tolong?

yg cream ni kalo boleh taknak ganti dgn susu atau apa2.. sbb masa gi carrefour dgn tesco takde plak cream utk cooking nie kalo ada pun kat carrefour tu kecil dari kotak yogurt tapi mahal.. camna nak tau yg itu single cream ke double cream?? sorry, kalo soalan nie cam bodoh.. coz mmg saya tak tau..

Saya jumpak kat bahagian pasta, meaning kat kering tuh lah . Saya guna brand San Remo.  Beli kat Tesco's kalau tak silap. Harap dpt membantu

biasa nyer kat kotak tu dia ada tulis laa.....single or double....but kalau tak pasti bulih tny tokey kedai or pekerja kati situ...

single krim :digunakan dalam masakan utk buat sos dan juga dessert....

heavy/double krim : boleh dipukul jadik whipped cream utk buat topping kek,boleh juga guner utk masakan buat white sos.....boleh guner utk buat spaghetti carbonara la ...boleh juga guner utk buat dessert..

non-dairy whipped cream: yg ni boleh guner utk buat topping kek adn dessert jer...tok leh buh dalam masakan sebab rasanyer yg manis.....

by the way..cream ni mmg mahal skit daniaris...

hari tu saya ada beli Tatua Baking Cream dia tulis kat pek dia...dia pek dlam plastik and bukan dalm kotak..yg tu murah skit.....500ml saya beli harga RM5.50 (tu harga Sabah yer...semenanjung mungkin murah lagi),ni mmg double krim la...
krim jenama Anchor pon bulih gak...tu mmg double krim...bulih guner utk masak sos and juga utk desert and topping kek....

FYI i cuba guna campbell chicken cream tu buat carbonara.. belasah je pakai tu sbb tak jumpa cream yg dikehendaki.. saja nak bezakan taste guna cream dgn yg campbell tu.

owh...saya kalau nak senang ,cepat and sedap mmg saya guner CAmpbell's soup tu laa...tp saya lebih suker mushroom soup.......lagi senang.......konon2 ala2 alfredo so ler tu...hehehe....pastu bila nak makan tabur ngan parmesan cheese....mak aiii...sedap weh!

cream ni baisa nyer kat bahagian sejuk.....bahagian cheese sume tu laa...
