ok..disbbkan aku sorang je meroyan..mari kita blaja senaman..ehehe

ni aku baru jumpa..nak buat ah nanti ..kene amik gmbr sebelum selepas nih..

otot yg perlu di exercise kan adalah otot platysma..cara nak exercise : bukak mulut besar2, tarik bibir bawah ke atas gigi bawah.pastu gerakkan rahang bawah ke atas dan kebawah, mcm nak menyodok sesuatu dengan rahang bawah.dan semestinya korang akan nampak mcm org bodo kalau buat camtu,tapi takper,kalau slalu buat insyaAllah akan nampak perbezaan nyer..ehehe

ni je gmbr yg dia letak kat situ ..mmg mcm bodo je aku tgk..ehehe

kak..ni posture yg betul



pastu..akak naik dan turunkan bontot..tayah tinggi2..sampai sama level ngan lutut pon dah ok..
siku jgn lepas dari lutut yer..

mmg sakit peha..tapi sakit tu sbb otot bekerja..
akak tak penah buat kan?tetiba buat 20 kali mmg konfirm sakit..ehehe
jadi akak buat la 10 dulu..5 pon ok..pastu nanti baru naikkan lagi yeh

takleh jadik cekgu..garang mcm rimau ..hheehe

bim nye berat terbaru aritu 68.5kg kak
bila bim tgk balik masa appointment O&G 27.05.08 berat bim 74kg
maksudnya bnyk jugak bim dah kurang kan dlm 2 bulan lebih..ehehe

bim dah benti lipo ni..skang tgh usaha diet n exercise..
kak zeeqa la pojaaan hatiku..ehehe

selamat pagi semua....

ari nie still tak sihat lagi... so tak makan lipo coz kena makan ubat doktor.... & yg paling sedih tak bleh jogging ... lutut injured... .... dah tiga hari tak exercise ... badan rasa berat jer... so sebagai alternatif.... aku cari balik u-zap.... kasi gegar ite lemak...
