salad,tomato ceri,hirisan epal dgn thousand island
air kosong
minum pagi (sbb lapar)
semangkuk kecik sup bayam
tauhu sumbat
beberapa hirs jambu batu
lunch
sesenduk sayur bayam
ikan keli goreng

mama....ahad lps my lunch menu lebih kurang u cuma i makan nasi....
Nasi putih - 128gm - 166 calories
Ikan Keli Goreng - 100gm - 229 calories
Sayur Bayam - 1 cup - 40 calories
salad dressing thousand island tu high in calories...tapi tgk gak lah kalu amik yg low calories punya....
btw this is my estimation based on my finding kat internet..... |

buah byk carbo.. diet atkins ni mmg xleh byk carbo. masa induction mmg xleh mkn buah. tapi lps induction masa phase 2 baru bole mkn buah tu pon selected buah je. sayur mmg bole mkn dan kena mkn kalo buat atkins ni |

masa first week start induction tu mmg seksa tapi kuatkan juga semangat.. then skrang dh jadi terbiasa. nk buat diet ni mmg kena kuat semangat.. godaan mmg byk tapi nk kurus kan.. so kenalah berkorban
menu pagi biasa mkn telur goreng dgn salad atau sausage goreng(brand kimball carbo 1.6 je seketul)
tghari biasa amik ayam bakar or ikan bakar dgn sup sayur
malam biasanya masak ikan stim or sup telur campur sayur |

dlm milo pun dh ada gula so carbo dia agak tinggi 20 gram=12.9 gram. so kalau amik milo tinggal 7.1 gram je carbo yg bole mkn utk satu hari |

tempe ni i pon x sure bole mkn ke tak.. sbb ada org kata xleh mkn sbb dia bijirin tapi ada org kata bole mkn. so i mmg x amik tempe pon time induction first 2 weeks(i pon x suka tempe hihihi) |

Jap ni br check..betul la TI tinggi karbo..6.1 perserving..brand lady' choice.walhal i sebelum ni x prnah beli mayo atau TI pun.i suka french dressing.kdg2 i buat dressing sendiri..

aduh kak saya nye asyik terkantoi je..mcm2 halangan dtng..nak tnyer akak...saya buat sup guna kiub pati ayam..guna je kiub pati ayam tapi kadang2 buat sup sayur...boleh ke akak..saya xcmpur ape2 cuma garam sikit je..ajinamoto pun xde...kosong sup dgn ayam atau sayur je...carb dia tinggi x akak???saya guna kiub pati ayam meggi.. |

pika kena baca label dlu sblm gn bahan2. dkt label mesti ada tulis nutrisi termasuk la kndungan carbo. kalau perlu gn la kalkulatur nk darab bahagi smua hehehe tp biasanya kiub tu gn utk kuantiti air yg byak. sedangkan kita bkn nk hirup sampai seperiuk. rasa mcm xde masalah. tp daku biasanya elakkn gn kiub2 sgla ni kpla cpt pening dan mngntuk klu gn |
