at times the sound is really a pain......my neighhbour dia complain to me...orang kat atas dia...aircon leaking....malam nak tidor bising.....

ada orang,they don't give a hoot about other people....

matz,  your jiran kalo dah betul2 datangkan masalah kat dia untuk tidor, boleh inform upstairs atau bilang town council atau hdb...

tapi masalahnye, HDB staff yang pegi rumah jiran atas tu kena tactful..

Kalo dia pandai cakap baik2, alrite
tapi kalo dia tak tahu cakap baik2, " allo , your below neighbour says your aircon leaking, better have it repaired in two weeks"... ni akan kasi bad blood between neighbours...

yang orang yang nak sampaikan info to the upstairs neighbours to mesti pandai cakap.

mak tiri dia since 18 yrs ago tinggal kat rumah sewa
now... HDB buat macam contract... 2 tahun sekali sign
then.. org HDB sendiri akan ke rumah tersebut
nak check samada owner yg sebenar or.. org lain yg stay kat rumah sewa tu...

housing loan rate is going up.......

Some makcik2 sewa, then dia gi tinggal ngan orang lain...
rumah tu dorang sewa kat orang lain lak....

yes.susah sikit for young couples yang baru nak start out in life.

nak cover down payment pun susah....

for the early late teens and twenties couple....the only alternative is to stay with inlaws....

Ada alternative lain jugak....boleh sewa rumah dulu....mcm Aries dulu masa baru2 kawin, sewa rumah 3 bilik sementara tunggu kunci rumah baru :ah:

That's the thing Aries, sekarang punya young couples, I doubt they even have enough for the 20% downpayment for HDB....

i left about $30k to pay for my house.ok jugak lah,tak stress sangat fikirkan pasal rumah.
banyak orang kita ,dorang buat mistake when they sell their house.they take the longest period to pay for the house.they also pay the minimun,so that they can hold more cash in hand.selalu nya,the cash will be wipe out...dorang spending spending.buat reno sampai $100k...beli kereta baru.
in no time,the cash will be gone.....but house installment of $1k, need to be paid every month....

Since cakap pasal Housing ni....ada satu kes pasal Home Protection Scheme....my sister punya SIL....dia beli rumah tapi tak beli HPS ni...recently hubby dia meninggal dunia then end up dia still kena continue bayar housing loan tu as dia lupa nak beli HPS ni....so now she can't afford to continue to pay the housing loan as nak kena tanggung 3 kids, she sold the house & downgrade to 3 room flat....

So sesiapa yg beli HDB flat, it's advisable to buy HPS....iyerlah kita pun tak tau future kita apa akan terjadi nanti....:ah:

talking about death...me ngeri jugak.

i know this guy,he's around early 30's.he fall sick,masok hospital and passed away.anak2 dia masih kecik...and you won't believe this.dia baru pindah....katil i saw still in plastic covers....dia belum sempat pasang....
lucky thing dia ada the HPS...his wife is  housewife....

Compulsory utk the hubby to buy....but not compulsory for the wife as sometimes wife yg tak bekerja takde $ nak beli HPS ni Chic....then sometimes depends on how many percen they can afford to buy the HPS...if can afford, then buy 100% to cover the housing loan.....
