U take it slow..try stop junk and sweet drinks..tgk mcm mana..

Cuba bykkan plain water sebagai menggantikan air manis..

Diet u makan nasi kan? Jgn stop mengejut..kesian body you sbb dh terbiasa nnt akan jd statik..

You kurangkan portion je dulu..

Paling penting..senaman..

You bermasalah besar atas ke bwh?

I try mkn nasik sehari sekali. Next nk try let go air manis2 pulak sbb pagi2 mmg i amek neskepe ais.

I cam balance, upper dgn lower mcm sama2 naik haha. Org kat ofis asyik tanya "eh u pregnant ke?" haha and im always like zzzzzz #%&@$%#!!

Ur weight 57kg kan now? Whats ur aim? I rasa tinggi kita kalau below 54kg dah underweight kan?

Coffee or tea, i minum tanpa gula atau cream..

Tp tu pon jarang2, pg2 pon i minum plain water jua..

Tp i makan x boleh sikit, sbb i cycle..

Mula2 i start cycling, payah nak adjust bab makan sbb i sudah x boleh control level kelaparan..makan sikit masuk angin..makan byk rasa bersalah..

But i notice my weight x turun sgt..but i lost a lot in inches..so i keep going just to shed my body fat..klu ikuy calculation, my body fat ni still category obese..about 35%..

Am 62kg as this photo is taken..since we have the same height, maybe boleh figure out sedikit whats best or ideal weight you nak reach..

Mcm i..x de target specific weight, i cuma nak capai target boleh pakai baju size M Pon dh cukup..

I have a lot to do with my lower part..

Tu la i kata..org tgk i mmg akan ckp ok dah mcm ni..in fact masa i x senam pon org kata x gemuk..

Tp klu i calculate my body fat mmg obese..

Jd i redha la cycling hari2..

The culprit is sugary drinks..i gi kenduri minum la air kosong, klu dulu i x makan nasi tp now i makan sesekali..

I cuba juga mengelak kuah2 yg byk sbb high sodium..lebihkan grilling, less oil, less salt..

My weakness is chocolates..

Jd i makan dark chocolates je..tu pon i pilih2 juga dan bg hilang geram kt chocolates..

Sesekali tu makan la cake tp i ensure myself dah capat target utk that day bila cycling..so my body deserve the treat..mcm gitu la..

I think klu dpt shed off lemak dkt waist, dkt punggung bg rata bahagian tepi..mungkin la body fat jd lebih sihat..hahaha

Lol kan??? Haha. I skrg jgn harap nk pakai dh baju mcm ni, dh tersimpan elok dlm kotak dlm store room. Nak bg org pun syg, dgn harapan satu hari dpt pakai balik baju lama2 ni. @pinksarah u tak try mcm slimming lotion/cream ke? I know some tak pecaya product2 gini but i think it worth a try since ur main concern is ur hips down. Ala2 mcm spot reduction gitu.

X pernah try..

I cuma berusaha through cycling and sit ups using gym ball only..

Selain dr menjaga apa yg masuk dlm perut ni..

I cuba buat cara biasa org lain buat..

Dulu2, i duk makan nr jamu dgn air akar..

Sejak berpindah2 ni sukar nak keep on track dgn jamu, so i guna cara kebiasaan kebanyakkan org buat je..

Love handles ni x kan go away dgn lotion semata..kena juga bersenam..

I cannot wear jeans size lower than 29 tau..mmg dr dulu lg punggung jenis melebar, which i envy sgt perempuan punggung comel2 and cute sbb senang cr seluar..

I klu upper ni dah size S Tp when it comes to my lower part mmg i kena up 1 size bigger..sbb tu my tops selalu longgar2 even baju kurung modern yg fit tu..

Besar kt lengan ni kena cari kaedah senam utk upper body..

U have mesomorph body type, why not you selidik about your body type and tgk style of exercising and also food intake to ensure lengan and upper part you slim semula..

The last time i did my cross strider, took my 6 months just to be able to 'shrunk' my butt so i could wear nice pair of pants without having to endure the fat bulkiness at my love handles and the side of the hips..huhuhu

i pun pki saiz M utk top tp utk seluar kena pki saiz L.
i tak de basikal utk cycle mcm u buat..
terpaksa la gigih buat exercise lower body, seksanya la haii..
kena tgk gmbr kuen kepam utk motivasi

Dear gorgeous sisturs sekalian, dah beberapa purnama I berenti working out (dedulu suka aerobics ikut fitness marshall kat youtube - sebab i love dancing) tapi sekarang ni bila nak mula working out balik, I punya nafsu nak dancing tu dah xde. Can you pls suggest best beginners workout just to get me back on track. I hate the sun anyway. I terfikir nak skipping je ni. Ok tak?

I masalah kat lengan. Tengah dok exercse jugak ni. Elliptical, zumba, jillian michael. Tapi tetap la lengan ku sebesar alam. Huwaaa.

I naik kat perut, peha dan punggung. Mencikkk tapi tabah. Hehe. Sekarang tengah gigih amalkan minum green tea dan tidur awal. Sebabnya, bila I tidur lewat, lagi besar chances capai jajan, biskut etc sebagai kudap-kudapan. Adoiii. Tapi bagus juga tidur awal ni, (my tidur awal ard 11-12, awal for me tp ade org rase lambat gak ni hehehe. Dulu I tidur pukul 1 lebih huhuhu) mata I dah kurang sikit eyebag tu
