Boleh jadi tak mcm ini... the plane at the sea bed. Intact and being pushed around by the strong current. Suddenly langgar something and then baru pecah2 and start timbul.

Pembersih pantai jumpa kerusi biru (mcm kerusi bas katanya) dan 2 beg bbrp bulan lepas
dan beliau terus bakar, sbb itu dah tugas dia sbg pembersih pantai. jumpa barang hanyut kumpul & bakal.



Saint Andre: Selepas penemuan serpihan sayap pesawat Boeing 777, Rabu lalu, serpihan kedua dipercayai pintu pesawat ditemui terdampar di Pulau Reunion.

BBC melaporkan objek yang dipercayai pintu pesawat itu ditemui di selatan bandar St Denis, hari ini. Objek berkenaan dipecayai mempunyai tulisan asing di atasnya dan mungkin beberapa ilustrasi.

Sementara itu, The Telegraph melaporkan pembersih sampah, Nicolas Ferrier mendakwa menemui kerusi biru yang disangkanya sampah. Dia menemui objek berkenaan terdampar pada awal Mei lalu sebelum membakarnya di kawasan berbatu tidak jauh dari situ.

"Saya menemui kerusi biru berkenaan awal Mei lalu sebelum memberitahu isteri. "Saya juga menemui beberapa beg pakaian juga pada ketika itu dipenuhi dengan banyak benda," katanya.

Bagaimanapun, Ferrier berkata, tanpa mengetahui kepentingan barangan itu dia bertindak membakarnya di kawasan berbatu tidak jauh dari situ.

"Itu tugas saya. Saya mengumpul sampah dan membakarnya. "Saya juga menemui banyak benda dan membakarnya tanpa menyedari (kesannya) katanya.

Sementara itu, pasukan penyiasat sedang meyiasat serpihan besi yang ditemui di Pulau Reunion pada Sabtu.

Bagaimanapun, setakat ini serpihan itu tidak mempunyai tanda-tanda menunjukkan ia sebahagian daripada pesawat, sumber memberitahu AFP.

Orang ramai dan pekerja pantai di Reunion kini turut sukarela mencari serpihan pesawat yang dikesan terapung di pulau tersebut.

OBJEK dipercayai bahagian daripada tingkap pesawat ditemui lagi di Pulau Reunion, lapor sumber berita Sky.Walaupun masih di Reunion, objek tersebut ditemui di lokasi lain yang hampir dengan wilayah Saint-Denis selepas satu flaperon yang sudah disahkan serpihan pesawat Boeing 777 ditemui terapung di pantai di bandar Saint Andre, minggu lalu.

Flaperon tersebut kini telah dibawa ke Perancis untuk menjalani ujian makmal.
Menurut wakil Sky David Bowden, meskipun objek tersebut belum dapat disahkan dari pesawat Boeing 777 mahupun MH370, terdapat tulisan Cina dan Bahasa Malaysia padanya.

Maka sekiranya benar serpihan itu datang dari MH370, kemungkinan besar ianya dari bahagian dalam pesawat.
Objek yang sudah diambil pihak berkuasa dan diletakkan dalam kotak itu dianggarkan berukuran 1 kaki (30cm) lebar.

Sabtu lalu, para petugas dari Malaysia telah dikejarkan ke Reunion untuk meninjau serpihan lain di kawasan tersebut selepas flaperon yang ditemui sebelum itu diyakini dari pesawat milik Malaysia Airlines yang hilang selepas membawa 239 penumpang dari Kuala Lumpur ke China, Julai tahun lalu.

Pakar penerbangan memberi komen, struktur serpihan yang ditemui di Reunion sememangnya mirip komponen pesawat Boeing 777 dan tak mustahil ianya kini terapung disebabkan tekanan udara pada strukturnya. – MYNEWSHUB.CC

The aircraft debris found washed up on the island of Réunion that appears to be the first physical evidence from Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 will be transported to mainland France on Friday night for investigators to analyse.

While the Malaysian government has already stated that the wreckage is from a Boeing 777, the first task will be to provide definitive confirmation.

Experts said investigators in Toulouse should be able to quickly confirm that the wing part, a flaperon, came from a 777, and likely also from flight MH370. But after that things could get trickier. The part may not yield many more clues.

Tony Cable, a former UK Air Accident Investigations Bureau engineer and air accident consultant, said: “There are likely to be lots of manufacturer’s part numbers on the various bits, and it’s possible that the whole assembly will have a serial number which would pin it down to MH370. Part numbers would pin it down to a 777 – and no others are lost at sea.”

He said it was “conceivable but unlikely” that investigators could infer any more about MH370 from the part. “There could be subtle marks in the paintwork that show the angle of deflection – there don’t appear to be, but you’d have a good look. You can sometimes get an idea of the rate of descent and the angle of impact from those things, but here the level of the damage is not terribly high. There are two possibilities, it came off in flight or more likely on impact with the surface. But it gives you a clue – and there are no others at the moment.”

Anne Evans, a former AAIB investigator, said: “It really is just confirming that the plane went down.” She said the damage made it unsurprising that a fuller serial number had not been reported, although the part number was apparently clearly visible.

Evans was involved in the Air France flight 447 investigation – the last time a major passenger airliner was lost at sea. She said in that search, “because they found a variety of debris they could extrapolate causes. You need more than one piece of wreckage to make any meaningful conclusion. The only piece of evidence it gives us is most likely that they are looking in the right place.”

She said investigators would examine the general condition for impact, but she said: “As it is at the back of the wing it’s more likely to survive. I’d be going to the oceanographic experts, asking how long it’s been in the water, and where it’s come from.”

SAINT-ANDR, FRANCE:  Aviation investigators headed to the French Indian Ocean island of Le Reunion today to determine whether a piece of plane wreckage that washed up on its shores is part of missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

The two-metre (six-foot) long piece of wreckage, which appeared to be part of a wing, was found yesterday by people cleaning up a beach.

The discovery fuelled hopes in Malaysia and across the globe that one of aviation history's greatest mysteries could move closer to being solved, but authorities and Malaysia Airlines warned against jumping to conclusions.

French, Malaysian, and Australian authorities have all begun looking into the object's origin, with Malaysia saying it was sending a team of experts to the island on Thursday.

"Whatever wreckage is found needs to be further verified before we can further confirm whether it belongs to MH370," Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai told reporters in New York, saying he hoped for answers "as soon as possible".

The country's Deputy Transport Minister, Abdul Aziz Kaprawi, said the team included experts from Malaysia's Department of Civil Aviation and Malaysia Airlines, who would be joined by representatives from Boeing, maker of the 777-200 aircraft.

"We expect in two days we can complete the verification," Abdul Aziz said.

The plane vanished at night over the South China Sea after mysteriously diverting from its north-bound route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing with 239 people on board.

No physical evidence

Authorities involved in an Australian-led search believe it diverted for some unknown reason to the southern Indian Ocean, where it went down.

But no physical evidence has ever been found and Malaysian authorities in January declared that all on board were presumed dead.

One witness in La Reunion said the object was "covered in shells", indicating it had been in the water for a long period of time.

Xavier Tytelman, an expert in aviation security, said local media photos of the object showed "incredible similarities" with a Boeing 777 part called a flaperon.

However, excitement over the discovery was tempered by the fact that planes have gone down in the region before, including a South African Airways Boeing 747 that crashed near the island of Mauritius in 1987, killing all 159 people on board.

Malaysia Airlines issued a statement saying: "At the moment, it would be too premature for the airline to speculate (on) the origin of the flaperon."

An Australian-led operation has scoured more than 50,000 square kilometres (19,000 square miles) of the seafloor, about 60 percent of a search zone in the Indian Ocean determined via expert analysis of signals from MH370 that were detected by a satellite.

But search vessels towing 10-kilometre (6-mile) cables fitted with sophisticated sonar systems have turned up no sign of MH370.

La Reunion lies about 4,000 kilometres from the area considered the most likely impact zone, but oceanographers and other experts involved in online discussion over the find said oceanic currents could have carried it there.

'Mixed feelings'

Angry next of kin have accused Malaysia's government of incompetence, secrecy, and insensitivity toward relatives, and many question the focus on the southern Indian Ocean.

Relatives said they were trying to keep their emotions in check until verification is complete.

"We have mixed feelings. If this is true, at least I know I can have peace and give my husband a proper send-off. But part of us still hopes they are out there alive somewhere,"said Jacquita Gonzales.

Her husband Patrick Gomes was the flight's cabin crew supervisor.

Sara Weeks, sister of MH370 passenger Paul Weeks of New Zealand, said she was happy the debris was in French hands.

"They've (Malaysia) just been incompetent, so at least it's in the hands of someone else and we may get some answers a little bit quicker," she told Fairfax New Zealand.

Speculation on the cause of the plane's disappearance has focused primarily on a possible mechanical or structural failure, a hijacking or terror plot, or rogue pilot action.

However, nothing has emerged to substantiate any scenario, sustaining a flow of conspiracy theories, with books, documentaries and a thriving online debate positing a range of possibilities.

These include suggestions that the plane was diverted to Kazakhstan, or commandeered to be used as a "flying bomb" headed for US military installations on the Diego Garcia atoll, and was shot down by the Americans. The United States has dismissed this.Story First Published

Investigators are now looking at the possibility that Malaysia Airlines (Kuala Lumpur) missing flight MH 370 made either a north turn or a south turn once it was in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The satellite data revealed by Prime Minister Najib suggests the airliner could be anywhere in either of two arcs: one stretching from northern Thailand to the border of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, or a southern arc heading from Indonesia to the vast southern Indian Ocean. If the missing flight with Boeing 777-2H6 ER 9M-MRO (msn 28420) and 239 souls on board took a turn to the south it could have not picked a more desolate spot on earth except for the polar regions.

According to this article by Reuters, a plane could crash in this area without a ship spotting it or even radar picking it up. In short, it is a lonely place.

So far no trace of missing flight MH 370 has been found. Searchers are now switching to the Indian Ocean but it is a vast area and will be a daunting task. The aircraft could have flown another 2,200 miles after it was last spotted off the northwest coast of Malaysia. That leaves a lot of ocean territory (see map above) to search.

According to Reuters in the article, “The southern Indian Ocean, between Indonesia and Australia, is broken up only by the Australian territories of Christmas Island, home to asylum seeker detention facilities, and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands some 2,000 km (1,240 miles) northwest of Perth. The Cocos Islands have a small airport to serve the islands’ combined population of just 3,000 people.

Further south, the only habitation is the handful of research stations on the scattering of tiny French-run islands including Kerguelen – a group of volcanic outcrops between Africa, Australia and Antarctica. While home to several powerful astronomical scanners and radar, there is no airport and it is seen extremely unlikely the aircraft could have made it that far.”

In summary, MH 370 may never be found and could become the biggest aviation mystery in history. Let’s hope there is some closure for the grieving families.

Meanwhile investigators are also searching for a motive and an answer to the large “why?”. Investigators are investigating the backgrounds of the pilots, crew members and passengers on board missing flight MH 370.

Was this disappearance meant to embarrass the ruling government of Malaysia which has not done a good job of handling this crisis?

Reuters reports the captain (who had a simulator in his home) had postings on his Facebook page suggesting the pilot was a political opponent of the ruling Malaysian government coalition that has ruled Malaysia for the past 57 years since independence.
