French international defender Willy Sagnol was back in training with Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich on Tuesday for the first time in six months after a knee injury.
The 30-year-old, who has 51 caps for his country and played in last year's World Cup final, injured his right knee in a Champions League match with AC Milan last April.
Bayern, who have a two-point lead at the top of the table, take on Premier League side Bolton Wanderers in the UEFA Cup on Thursday and are away to defending Bundesliga champions VfB Stuttgart on Saturday. |

Beckenbauer: I can抰 see anyone stopping Bayern Munich
BERLIN: Bayern Munich president Franz Beckenbauer has questioned whether anyone in the Bundesliga can stop the unbeaten run-away league leaders as Eintracht Frankfurt seek to lower their colours this weekend. Beckenbauer, who won the World Cup as a player in 1974 and a coach in 1990, says he struggles to see any realistic title challengers from the league's 17 other teams with his side four points clear at the top of the table. 揊or the moment, I can't see anyone in the Bundesliga stopping Bayern, |

Bayern Munich draws 2-2 with Bolton in UEFA Cup group stage
LONDON - Visiting Bolton scored a late equalizer to hold Bayern Munich to a 2-2 draw in the UEFA Cup group stage on Thursday.
Bolton midfielder Kevin Nolan collected a quick throw-in and hooked the ball over Bayern defenders Lucio and Christian Lell before tapping the ball to Kevin Davies, who scored past Bayern goalkeeper Oliver Kahn in the 82nd minute.
Lukas Podolski had scored twice for four-time European champion Bayern, which is in the UEFA Cup after 10 years of Champions League soccer because it finished fourth in the German league last season.
Other winners from Thursday's 16 games included Tottenham, Spartak Moscow, Zenit St. Petersburg and Helsingborg.
Ricardo Gardner scored Bolton's surprise opener in the eighth minute after taking a loose ball in the box for his first goal since December 2002. The ball bounced up and went in off the post.
Podolski scored in the 30th and 49th, both set up by Franck Ribery.
Bolton, which is 19th in the English Premier League, was playing its first European match under new manager Gary Megson, who took over on Oct. 25.
Tottenham beat Hapoel Tel Aviv 2-0, including Robbie Keane's 10th goal of the season on a volley off a cross from Steed Malbranque. Malbranque helped make the second, crossing for Dimitar Berbatov to head past goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama.
Spurs, a two-time UEFA Cup champion, lost 2-1 at home to Getafe in its opening group match. It has since replaced coach Martin Jol with Juande Ramos, who guided Sevilla to consecutive UEFA Cup titles. Hapoel has yet to earn a point.
Hapoel defender Gal Shish was sent off for a tackle on Spurs midfielder Aaron Lennon in the 50th minute.
In the other Group G game, Aalborg scored an 86th-minute goal through Mattias Lindstrom to draw Anderlecht 1-1.
Bayer Leverkusen forward Stefan Kiessling fouled Morais Welliton, and Roman Pavlyuchenko converted the 63rd-minute penalty kick to launch Spartak Moscow's 2-1 win in its first game in this season's group stage.
Santos Mozart converted another penalty in the 77th after Maxym Kalynychenko was fouled by Leverkusen goalkeeper Rene Adler.
Bayer Leverkusen, which is sixth in the German league, scored an injury-time goal through Paul Freier.
Russian league leader Zenit defeated Larissa 3-2, Fatih Teke scoring the winner in the 78th minute by glancing in a cross from Alejandro Dominguez.
Pavel Pogrebnyak and Konstantin Zyrianov also scored for Zenit, while Larissa's goals were provided by Nektarios Alexandrou and Georgios Fotakis.
Henrik Larsson scored for Helsingborg in its 3-2 win at Galatasaray in Group H. Christoffer Andersson and Razak Omotoyossi added the other goals for the Swedish team. Austria Vienna plays Bordeaux in the other group match.
Rennes earned a 1-1 draw with FK Brann with an 88th-minute penalty from Bruno Cheyrou. Dinamo Zagreb hosts FC Basel in the other Group D game. The top three clubs from each group advance to the knockout stage. The next round is Nov. 29. |
