It happen to my aunty tau bang matz....my uncle baru pindah ke rumah baru....then 2 months later dia jatuh sakit....lepas tu meninggal....alhamdulilah my arwah uncle & aunty ada beli HPS....so housing loan yg masih ada $80,000 tu tak payah di bayar..... |

AWAS PILIH KHIDMAT PINDAH RUMAH
SAYA ingin berkongsi pengalaman mengenai khidmat pindah rumah dan berharap mereka yang mahu berbuat demikian berhati-hati agar jangan terpedaya dengan mereka.
Setelah membaca iklan menawarkan 'harga yang rendah', saya mengambil khidmat sebuah syarikat pindah rumah.
Namun, apabila mereka sampai ke rumah saya, mereka meletakkan harga lebih tinggi, kononnya kerana rumah saya terletak di aras yang tiada lif.
Cara mereka mengatur barang-barang saya juga kurang kemas dan banyak ruang kosong dalam lori sehingga terlalu sedikit barang yang dipunggah bagi setiap perjalanan.
Rupa-rupanya saya mendapat tahu pekerja itu mendapat bayaran berdasarkan bilangan punggahan dan perjalanan yang dibuat.
Akhirnya kami sekeluarga sendiri terpaksa mengangkut sebahagian barang untuk menyelesaikan tugas dan mengelakkan bayaran terlalu tinggi.
Saya harap pembaca yang mahu berpindah dapat meminta maklumat terdahulu mengenai semua bayaran yang perlu dilunaskan agar jangan diperdaya syarikat khidmat pindah rumah.
Dapatkan syarikat berdaftar yang mempunyai rekod baik atau daripada saranan keluarga lain yang pernah mendapatkan khidmat syarikat berwibawa.

dulu 1 of my cousins refused to buy de hps for his wife. so, my hubby tried to talk my cousin lah, telling him dat he muz think about his wife n kids in case anything happen to him. my dis cousin gi cakap ngan my hubby he didn't wanna buy de hps pasal nanti kalau dia mati wife dia nanti enjoy rumah tu ngan hubby baru! kelakar seh...my hubby nasihat nye nasihat kat dia lah kan mana nanti wife dia nak tanggung anak lain, nak tanggung rumah lain. but i think now dia dah belik dat hps. |

Yang ni macam kelakar lah. Selalunya memang they will come to the house dulu, tengok barang2 berapa banyak, and give you a quotation. No more additional charges after that. I called 3 different movers, semua sama procedures. Apsal yg ni boleh lain pulak eh? |

heran eh, patut mesti konpem and konpem lagi pasal bayaran dan any additional charges sebelum panggil kontraktor or mover ni.... |

kalo apa2 emergency, cam mana ambulance nak bawak turun 40 tingkat, nak kena pakai helicopter..
kalo earthquake vibration teruk dorang kena evacuate, lenguh sey turun 40 tingkat... |
