i suka short2 exercise mcm 7 mins la, 4 mins la, 10 mins la utk ambik balik semangat..
jillian michaels ada apps n dia nyer kedeks, bg yg free 7 mins exercise je. nak lebih, kena byr tp i'm ok sbb tak nak lama2.
pastu tukar2 dgn blogilates, bright side, yoga and yurielkaim.

semua ni kejap2 je, punya la i ni pemalas nak spend 20 mins ke atas.
dulu i rajin spend time lama2 tp now i jd frust sbb tak turun byk. so buat sikit2 n pendek2.
skrg tgh fasa ganti puasa, lg la seksa nk start balik..
jumping jacks, burpee, mountain climber pun best utk burn fat..

i suka thread ni. i sekarang tengah usaha nak turunkan tang perut, flabby teruk akibat bedal nasi tetiap pagi.

i jogging petang2, dalam 2 hari sekali. sambil tu jaga makan jugak.

just nak share, i pakai fitness tracker untuk track my run, and i rasa it helps a lot untuk motivate i untuk keep running. bayangkan la dah lari 2km baru terbakar 90+ calories! i ingatkan dah bakar lagi banyak, so i keep on running

sape ada petua nak kuruskan part perut ni dengan cepat?

iols pun dalam process nak turunkan berat badan jugak skang ni ...
perjuangan nak turunkan badan started since mid 2016 lagik, bermula dengan jog2 manja diwaktu petang kat taman2 area Putrajaya tu ... pastu start gigih masuk fun run , skang dah more serious into running
dah nak masuk setahun jugak buat eat clean diet ... gigih buat meal prep hari2
after dekat nak masuk dua tahun( lom sampai 1000 hari lagi ) , iols berjaya turun dari 69kg ke 55kg
mmg slow sangat nak turun berat maybe sebab dah 40 series makanya metabolisma dah makin rendah
masih jauh perjalanan untuk dapatkan berat ideal ... targetnya nak reach berat ideal 50kg ...  iols pendek katik 151cm jer

Buat x kira masa..

Mcm nak bergmbr kan ada yg jenis tahan di perut..tp ni bernafas la jgn x bernafas plak..

From a friend who also follow kevin zahari and this tip came from him too..

Moh ler sesama buat..

Lg lama tahan lagi bagus..

Time u keje ke duduk ke boleh senam kemut perut..heheheeh

tdo kadang mimpi makan

tp sejak tgk kaki mak mer teruk sbb kencing manis insap kejap..tp dtg lapar xleh control..like  makan tu terapi kt iolsss

btw opis iols ada gym tp x de seru nak pegi n every monday mcm2 kelas zumba yoga bollywood dance , aerobic sume la..dorang buat after working hours tp iols mcm nthla mcm malas je

Frankly speaking kaka mmg tgk ig HH n dulu berkuntum kt thread Hh.tgk dia mkn, tgk siku berkerak kasut berdaki dia, buat kaka insaf.
Kaka ni jenis jeans n blouse je.x reti bergaya.bygkan, dah la x reti bergaya, pakej dgn kepam, caner nk jumpa klien.
