i pun suka idea beli tanah ni. impian i kalau ada rezeki, nak beli tanah n nak buat dusun... sekali nak buat rumah singgah kat situ. tapi kalau ada org nak jual dusun bagus gak... terus boleh dpt hasil..

aku lak setakat beli rumah + tanah kecik2 utk berlaman tu lepas la, tapi nak masuk berdusun-dusun ni mmg le takde kederat (actually x berapa nak rajin..he..he).

Kalau diberi pilihan I nak rumah I dekat dengan my family,office dan kemudahan yg cukup lengkap.

Location tu kat mana2 pun tak apa asalkan ciri2 seperti diatas tu ada.

kalau mcm sayer nie kerja area cheras...my husband kl...cadang nyer nak beli kat area kajang or bangi...but my husband prefer area bangi....so any suggestion beli umah kat maner? my husband boleh max 240k...kalau plus ngan saya 480k...tapi takkanlah nak beli semaximum tue...so average...240K ajer....

hi all...i newbie kat sini, lama dah dok baca posting kat sini

just to get you guys punye pandangan
i nak beli rumah cuma tak sure nak beli kat mane, area yg dah di short list kan :
rawang - rumah still murah, tapi jam & kurang facilities
kajang - facilities byk even jauh sket
bdr kinrara - best tapi mahallll yg amattt

fyi, i keje kat jln tun razak, hubby kat jln duta...kalau boleh mmg nak sgt landed house tak kira 1/ 2 storey...currently menyewa kat bdr kinrara...budget ciput <200K

so anybody yg ada suggestion utk i beli kat mane? or ader new development yg korang perasan tak kat area2 nih?

tq byk2 for those yg nak bg pandangan

based on my knowledge yg cetek ni, i would suggest u amik either kajang or bangi

kajang - saujana impian rm160k++ - rumah kecik skit la, i tak berapa ingat dekat dgn giant and tesco around 5 - 10 minutes drive
bangi - section 9 yg i tau skrg ni, tapi mungkin lebih 200K (tak sure) under pkns and probably leasehold, facilities, ade banyak kedai makan, setakat nak makan senang, klinik / pusat kesihatan sume dekat, for the time being takde la tesco sume tapi ader la supermarket.

nak luanch umah single storey 20 x 70 RM150K..kalo kona lot RM240K

hye..
saya baru layan thread nih...
nak kongsi juger..
chebot dah beli umah tahun lepas..rumah double storey,rege rm156k
kat area desa puteri...sebelah bandar tasik puteri
beli kat situ pasal dekat ngan kakak abang sumer..
sapa kat cni yg ada tinggal sana yer?
nak gak cari2 jiran kat cni kot2 ada....

so far bandar tasik puteri ni nampak cam ketinggalan..
tapi dpt rasa juga satu hari nanti tempat nih akan membangun jugak..
sakang pon projek masjid kat situ dah naik...
alhamdulillah...
harap pasni kawasan tu akan naik.

Just to add the info that I know,

My husband mmg kerja buat rumah(construction). Dia dah talk dgn Manager PKNS tu pasal rumah de Rozelle. Husband sy
tanya naper byk lagi tak jual. Orang tu cakap PKNS bukak untuk bumi dulu, sbb kata dia kalau dia bukak untuk non-bumi,
dalam 2 hari mesti dah habis. So, diaorang slow and steady je.

Kalau rasa nak beli, buat pertimbangan yg sewajarnya.......

Saya pun suka sangat kat area kota damansara tu, 5 tahun menyewa rumah kat situ. Tapi nak beli landed area, mahal
sangat kat situ, saya beli kat subang bestari aje........

hai suzie.. i dah beli dah de rozelle tuh..  bulan depan dapat kunci..

bery nice & convenient btul that place.. aman jer.. rasa.. huhuhu..

tercapai jugak nak beli harta kat kota damansara.. walupun Kondo jer..

huhuh.. nak beli landed mmg tak dpt buat amsa skang nih..

my hubby kata tgu 5 tahun lg.. baru beli landed plak.. ekekek

teringin gak nk beli umah.. tp rm mcm tak lepas utk beli umah idaman.. kalo leh nk yg landed laa.. xmo yg tinggi2 ni

ada gak g usha2 umah.. tp.. uhuhu...usha je aaa beli nye.. tatau bile.. bestnye korang yg da beli umah kan

aku sekrg ni tgk byk btl umah2 yg nak dibina kat kwsan salak tinggi...kwsan situ nak membangun ke?

kat situ rumah teres setingkat pun murah dlm rm129k sahaja....murah dr tempat lainlah...

rasa public transport blum ada lg kat sane kan....

Ada tak sesiapa yg tahu, kalau kita beli rumah jauh sikit drpd KL,  let say 20-30 km dr KL, value rumah tu naik atau tidak?  Kalau naik berapa avg. naik 20- 30K setahun ke or more? TQ
