Skrg ni sy masih amik karbohidrat waktu pagi jer... Tgh hati bila lapar saya minum susu nesvita... Malam pulak cuma makan sup sayur dan ayam... Tapi kadang2 tu terbabas jugak makan sebiji karipap atau putu mayong... Ni sbb hubby la yg beli... Hihihi |

lagipun pagi tadi gastrik coz lewat makan.. dok terasa lagi gastrik nie..tapi nasib baik tak teruk..hehe |
