indeed you...masuk 40s my niat dah bertukar..i nak sihat, hence i need to change my lifestyle...before this my bp always shoot up, due to stress .. now tahun ni kpi ai taknak BP tinggi, tak nak kejar career ladder and eat healthily... iAllah with strong will power adn niat yg betul

Dalam seminggu ni I started taking matcha green tea before my yoga or walking session.
I sweat more than usual. Best!

Saje-saje,google rahsia penjagaan badan puan halimah pengasas jamu mak dara, menurut puan halimah dia 14-kali jadi ratu kebaya, pinggang dia dari anak sulong sampai 5 baru 18-inci sampai ramai yg tak percaya...dia memang sangat-sangat jaga pemakanan...tapi kalau makan kat luar sekali sekala dia makan ajer apa-apa cuma kat rumah memang strict kontrol pemakanan...nasi makan tapi memanng tak tambah dan pagi-pagi bangun tidur buat senaman yg simple katanya seperti lari setempat...makan jamu dari usia,17 tahun setiap pagi bangun tido makan jamu dan setiap petang kul 4 petang makan jamu sekali lagi...I tgk u tube tapi tak reti tepek kat sini...tak pe...you all bleh google |

wow best giler kurus sampai 60kg.. terer betul dpt tahan x mkn nasi sampai setahun.
i mampu tahan mkn nasi seminggu sekali je.. kalau ada lauk sedap, habis laa..
maybe i kena up my cardio regime.. ada sebulan sblm puasa.
puasa mmg i layu.
siapa2 yg ada tips utk exercise bln puasa, meh la share. kot la boleh buat lps terawih.. |

I tkot btol tgk my housemate consume Chatime/TeaLive or Starbucks almost every week!
Not only that fast food pun one a week depa dok balun.
My colig kt office pun sama. Lunch dok balun fast food.

Sometimes, I tegur jugak. Ckp it very sugary. Nnt kencing manis.
Tp depa still minum jugak. Kalu pegi shopping mall, mesti beli.
