mlm ni eon buat donat lg.. utk second.. hihi!

jd la shida cyg weh..

first buat.. eon pintal2 je cam dandan rambut tu.. ssh le nak guna acuan donut tu.

mlm ni eon buat bulat2 kecik cam jual kat kedai kek tu.. still x jd lg nak guna btk donut tu.. lekat kat tgn..

ms mula2 buat ingat dh x jd.. lembik je.. skali lps tonyoh2 ok.. then bila grg n mkn.. rs lembut gtu.. cam donut..


yeye... kite pandai buat donut dh..

saya pun gitu jugak masih tak jadi lg buat donut dah uli sampai licin sbb doh tu dah tak melekat dah dan perao 1/2 jam jugak tapi doh tu mcm tak naik aje

hr sabtu lepas terjumpa yeast basah..satu bungkus biru n satu lagi bungkus kuning..bila tanya kt pekerja kedai tu depa kata yg bungkus kuning tu ada gula..yg biru takde..so teja beli yg bungkus biru..tu yg nak tanya..selalu org guna yg mn satu ekk?..selain guna utk wat donut leh guna utk apa lg ekk?

yis basah ada dua jenis yer?..tak pernah tau pun sebab tak pernah beli...he...he..

yis basah sama jer fungsi dgn yis kering tu, boleh guna buat cakoi, roti, apam tukaz.....etc, cuma sukatannya tu tak berapa sure camana

teja terjumpa kt kedai ramlee burger kt chow kit tuh..rm2.80 je seketul..brand sama tp packing kaler lain..staf yg teja tanya tu lelaki..depa pon tak tau kot

selalunya kalau resepi guna yis basah, dia mesti suruh rendam yis tu dlm air yg dah campur gula sampai ler yis tu berbuih baru boleh guna....so kalau yis yg dah ada gula maybe boleh rendam dlm air jer, tak payah tambah gula....agaknya lah..

bebuih gak shida....sebenarnya baru sekali jer guna yis basah....tapi tengok mak maisya buat selalu berbuih gak....

Assalamualaikum maisya n shida n teja,

Memang betui pung.............
Yeast basah kalau di campor ayor, lelama dier akan keluarkan buih.(sebab dia 'idup')
Ini agar yeast tu betul betul cair or sebati dgn air.
Baru deme campur dgn tepong.

Tetapi teman tak tunggu sampai cam gitu.
Terus jer campor masuk ke dalam mixer.
