Iskkk, my 2nd attempt pun fail. Luar tu macam crispy jugak. Dalamnya lembik mcm tak masak. Bau telur wlauun letak esen vanila. Next time la try lg.

Lembik or chewy? Yg nara punya ni teksturnya mcm lebih kurang adunan asal.

Oven nara kecik. Mungkin temperature faktornya. Next time nk try temp 120-130.   ...

oven adalah masalah bagi bakar pavlova ni...kat jb guna my auntie oven ok jer..tp balik kl guna my oven butterfly ni trus hampeh..luar lembik pastu tunggu masak sampai basenya hangus lak...hadoiii cam malas nak wat kalau hangus ni..sapa guna oven yg sama boleh kasi petua.

Saya dah try guna apple cider vinegar. Rasa ok2 la tapi tak berapa jadi pavlova dia..jadi liat so tanak amik risiko nak wat lagi walaupun teringin sangat nak wat. Nak attend kelas n belajar dari yang pakar dulu. Nak g kelas pavlova isnin depan. hehe

nak tanya kawan-kawan. kalau kita nak makan pav tu hari selasa then kita masak isnin petang elok simpan dalam frisge atau kat luar aje sementara nak tunggu esoknya tu?

at last.......... tadi buat classic miniature pavlovas.......
buat experiment......

resipi asal:  oven fan, 150C (5 minit), 100C (30 minit)

trial and error tadi:
oven besar (oven biasa bukan fan):  middle rack, 150C (first 5 minit), then 100C (30 minit) - warna light brown (patches), masaknya ok (sesudah sejuk).  Luar chewy, dalam macam marshmallow.

oven kecil (oven biasa bukan fan): middle rack, 140C (first 5 minit), then 90C (30 minit) - warna lighter than oven besar asalnya (but only 95% masak)...... sejukkan dan bakar lagi 100C untuk 7 minit....... warna macam oven besar tadi.

Resipi:
Classic Miniature Pavlovas
dari buku: pavlova
Author: Genevieve Knights

Bahan
4 egg whites
240g caster sugar
2 tsps white vinegar or 3 tsps lemon juice (I used lemon juice, i think lagi sedap)

Topping:  soft whipped cream & buah

Cara:  Macam biasa & pastikan gula masukkan sikit-sikit hingga stiff (paling senang apabila mixture egg white & gula ke tengah-tengah di whisk).  Last fold dengan tangan saja lemon juice.

Sbnrnye, org kate the best pavlova ialah yang berwarna putih

Maybe u tak letak vanila?

dh letak tp dlm 5 titik je....pavlova yg ai buat tu x brp crispy kt luarnye...ai ikut resepi kt internet tu...bakar dlm 50 minit api bawah..pastu 10 minit api atas bawah....bila ai bakar, warna x coklat/perang sgt..ai tambah lagi dlm 20min...bila dh sejuk ai bwk keluar n sapu dgn cream tu...bila potong,lembik skit....lg satu, ai x tau knp cream yg ai putar tu jadi berketul2...sedihh, sume x brp menjadi
