Bahan2 (loyang 81/2 x 81/2 inch)

* 6 biji telur
* 2 cawan air + pandan emulco/air pandan
* 400ml susu cair(1 tin)
* 3 cawan tepung gandum
* 2 cawan gula
* 1 sudu teh garam
* 4 sudu makan butter-cairkan

Cara-cara

1. Masukkan telur,1 cawan air,pandan emulco,gula,garam dan marjerin yang dicairkan
2. Kisar bahan ini sehingga halus dan gula hancur sepenuhnya.
3. Masukkan ke dalam bekas agak besar.
4. Masukkan susu cair,1 cawan lagi air dan tepung gandum.
5. Kacau menggunakan whisk sehingga adunan tidak lagi berketul
6. Sediakan loyang. Gris dengan minyak masak(tuang sedikit minyak masak dan sapu rata)..Panaskan seketika dalam oven
7. Apabila sudah panas,tapiskan adunan tadi terus ke dalam loyang
8. Bakar pada suhu 175C selama 1 jam atau sehingga berkerak di atasnya..

Tip: Setelah masak,jangan terus dikeluarkan dahulu dari oven untuk mengelakkan bingka 'turun' di tengahnya. Biarkan selama lebih kurang 5-10 minit begitu barulah dikeluarkan dari oven dan disejukkan sepenuhnya sebelum dipotong...
