1N2D member Lee Soo Geun wins Best Show/Entertainment MC Award
Lee Soo Geun has been named the best.
The ’2011 KBS Entertainment Daesang’ ceremony took place on December 24th at the KBS Annex Public Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. In the live broadcast comedian Lee Soo Geun won the ‘Best Show/Entertainment MC Award’.
The nominees for ‘Best Show/Entertainment MC Award’ included, Kim Goo Ra for ‘Immortal Song 2′, Kim Seung Woo of ‘Kim Seung Woo’s Seung Seung Jang Gu’, Kim Tae Won of ‘Qualifications of Men’, Park Myung Soo of ‘Happy Together Season 3′, and Eun Ji Won and Lee Soo Geun of ’1 Night 2 Days’. Among the impressive nominees, the honor went to Lee Soo Geun.
Lee Soo Geun has long been an integral part of one of the hottest shows of all time, ’1 Night 2 Days’.
In his speech after the win, Lee Soo Geun said, “Honey, you’re watching, right? Let us have hope and I want to believe that you will get your health back next year. I want to say I love you” to his wife whose health had declined in recent times.
Lee Soo Geun did not leave out Kang Ho Dong in his speech either. Lee Soo Geun added, “I miss his voice. Want to think of it as the motto in life and next year, hope to be with him here with a voice even louder. I want to send out this honor to Kang Ho Dong sunbaenim who I respect so much.”
Prior to the awards ceremony, netizens had questioned the fact that Lee Soo Geun was left out of the list of nominees for Daesang but not only did he win the Best Show/Entertainment MC Award but also won the Daesang together with his ’1 Night 2 Days’ members.

rasa2nyer team 1n2d tak pernah menang kategori team work sbb dlm show ni diorang selalu mengkhianati atr satu sama lain kut
tak pe la, akhirnyer diorang semua menang awards plg besar together, so kira kita boleh ubatkan hati kita ler kan ..
macam aisyah gak, im dulu pun selalu rasa nak marah sbb tak skali pun jiwon menang awards tp nasib baik tahun lepas ada, itu pun kongsi :@

1N2D, Na PD drops to his knees in front of Lee Seung Gi
Na Young Suk PD of ’1 Night 2 Days’ got on his knees in front of Lee Seung Gi.
On the December 25th episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Happy Sunday – 1 Night 2 Days’, the members Lee Seung Gi, Uhm Tae Woong, Kim Jong Kim, Eun Ji Won, and Lee Soo Geun set out on ‘A Trip in an Instant’ mission taking pictures all around the countries with the right to sleep in a hotel on the line.
Na PD said that if the members all carried out their missions successfully and 4 points are earned, they would win the rights to sleep in a hotel, 2 hours in a spa, buffet, and clothing and he would pay for it out of his own pocket.
’1 Night 2 Days’ member could not take some of the pictures like that of sunrise due to bad weather. Lee Seung Gi said, “If there is no instant moment, there is nothing you can do” and Eun Ji Won joined in saying, “It’s kind of tricky where to draw the line of success and failure.” On top of it Lee Seung Gi even came up with tricks helping out with some of the mission shot of the other members so Na PD ended up giving them 4 points.
After giving the members the 4 points, Na PD realized what that meant so he got on his knees.
Na PD pleaded on his knees, “You see my position. I really thought you would get 2 points at best. Just think of this lodge as a 5 star hotel please.” The members did as he requested and had a party at the lodge.
Then Na PD was at the end receiving end of the revenge of the ’1 Night 2 Days’ members again and could not eat. Na PD was the only one not able to eat.
Na PD even had to keep his promise to buy the members clothes out of his pocket like he promised them. Na PD had to put the expense of the clothing on his card with a bitter look on his face.
Times were tough for Na PD for a change. The ’1 Night 2 Days’ members did not miss a moment of Na PD’s suffering and seemed to enjoy it thoroughly.

Lee Seung Gi the Emperor became the Emperor of Tricks.
The December 25th episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Happy Sunday – 1 Night 2 Days’ was a project special. Each of the members received a mission to capture a moment of a theme.
Each of the members received a mission including, Uhm Tae Woong who had to take a picture at sunrise Omega, Kim Jong Min had to capture a family of cranes, Eun Ji Won had to capture the rainbow, Lee Soo Geun had to capture the clouds over Tae Baek mountain, and Lee seung Gi had to capture a red-crowned crane family of 4.
Before Lee Seung Gi’s pictures were revealed, Kim Jong Min had been the only one to perfectly succeed on the mission. Lee Seung Gi said, “The other members might fail so I have been taking time here and there to take the pictures of the other members’ missions” and revealed a picture of clouds over a mountain.
The picture of the rainbow was taken thanks to the SNSD members at the set of ‘Music Bank’ under the strong lighting. The picture of the clouds revealed after the rainbow was the epitome of tricks.
Lee Seun Gi said, “Every week on Friday, there is Sic Ba mountain that appears in Yeouido. I took a picture of the clouds around Sic Ba mountain” and revealed the picture. Sic Ba mountain happened to the the ‘SIC BA’ out of ‘MUSIC BANK’.
Even though it was Lee Seung Gi’s trick, the production team gave it 0.5 points giving credit to the efforts. Thanks to Lee Seung Gi, the members earned 4 points.
