I mmg tidur kul1 setiap malam sis. X dapek la nk tidur awal.mmg lifestyle cenggitu. N i wake up at 5am. Work for me. Sbb mmg dah practise dr zmn muda. N ikut saranan prof ungku aziz.dia tidur 3 jam je

kalau tido awal or more than 6 hours of sleep, mmg badan jadi lemau kan kak? tak tau kenapa? mcm badan jadi manja nak extra hours of sleep gittew hahahaha tp kurangkan stress tu iols agree. sbb kalau rasa stress, pastu mesti nak makan je keje... eh. melantak benda manis sajer pulak tu tu yg menjadi perut semakin jarak ke depan. nasib la keje jenis byk jalan...

Tu la.rase lembab. Kalau power nap tengahari pun rase lemah badan. Walhal 15min je. I guess badan dah biasa tidur skit.hasilnye mata panda

Dlm fb ada di sarankan tido at 11pm paling lewat sbb proses detox bermula at 11pm and will take 4 hours in total to detoxify..

Klu tidur lambat, lg lewat proses detox bermula or langsung x ada..

Bygkan klu hari2 mcm tu..

Bgn 5am tu bagus sbb tidur yg cukup dan tiada gangguan..

Tidur 3 jam tu bikin cpt tua..org pompuan la..keperluan tidur ni utk org pompuan penting..

Org lelaki..tidur jenis x lama mcm org pompuan..klu u perasan la..sbb tu applicable dgn example ungku aziz tu..

Klu tidur cukup and cukup air..kulit cantik..muka x sembab, nampak sihat..

X blh la. Kec i penat sgt.which is i jarang penat pun.ape sgt je kerja i pun. Kul 11 is the earliest i tidur.tu pun sgt2 jarang.

Let say i tidur kul 9.30, kul 3 i akn jagan x leh tidur sampai pagi

I tkot btol tgk my housemate consume Chatime/TeaLive or Starbucks almost every week!

It has become a lifestyle unfortunately.

I’m just glad masa I umur awal 30an takde benda2 tu haha takat fast food ajelah and paling2 hebat pun Starbucks and Coffee Bean. Itupun x beli selalu sbb mahal.

Tapi mmg dari awal lagi I takleh masuk Chatime tu. Tak minat. Skrg ni lagilah dgn ais milo kepallah, teh ais madulah... semua easily available by the roadside. Sedangkan teh ais tu semuanya pakai benda berserbuk. Tak nampak pun daun tehnya.

Memang takut tengok kan?

I akui pun dlu I kuat minum Cha Time sume tu. Tp pas GST harga tu semua melambung.
I amik keputusan utk stop minum sume tu. Dh ler harga pun mahal. Tak sihat plak tu. Pastu I jadikan habit pergi shopping mall bwk air masak sendiri or beli air mineral jah.

I still minum air manis but not this kind of drink. And teh ais madu tu mmg "berhantu". Sekali minum mmg addicted.

Awal tahun hmpir addicted dgn teh ais madu tu. Now I dh berjaya kawal balik.

Yup. So scary

Kedai2 nie pun pndai. Rajin dok wt promotion. Semlm my friend beli Starbuck. Sbb ade promotion. Beli Venti size RM10 saje katanya.

Pahit2 tu i minum..hahahaha

Tp bukan hari2..

X mo jd kan habit..

Nak tanamkan habit air kosong je sentiasa..

I notice i x penat or letih bila x makan merapu or minum yg bebukan ni..

Mlm tido i nyenyak and on time..

Well, semua pon atas own practise, kan..

Haish..jd org pompuan mcm ni la..serba serbi mau jaga..

I pon x penat mana berbanding career women out there..

Tp i praktis tido waktu yg di sarankan..mmg byk bahan bacaan mengatakan klu nak cantik tidur kena on time and cukup..

I psycho myself nak skin cantik, elok..
