yup bila i stop everything but still naik jgk jerawat i pon rasa something to do with hormon
thats why jgk kot x boleh nak conceive lg smpai skrng dh 3 tahun kawen

plain water i mnum at least 2 liter la everyday
i daily diet i x elok semua i bedal hhuhuh

u sori i mcm terbaca u ckp kulit tgh breakout kan, cuba stop semua yg u pakai skrg ni, tak silap dulu i penah terbaca org ni cuci muka guna oat, dia rendam oat sebelum mandi tu, lepas tu guna air rendam sekali dgn oat gosok2 ke muka, tak ingat lah baca mana rasa kat forum jgk
tapi buat masa ni stop semua dulu

i lupa lah sapa tapi rasa mmg baca dari sini, tempoh dia nak pulihkan tu mmg stop semua, lepas tu guna air oat je |

Food that helps reduce acne

Just to share with u few products yg I pakai, dulu jerawat agak boleh tahan la.
Lepas I pakai ni, gilir2 of course, jerawat naik sebijik dua je time nak period. Tu pun sangat cepat surut.
Lagi satu, kalau hari bekerja, I akan cuci muka guna facial brush. Memang bersih gila sampai ke pores u dia cleankan and muka jd glowing.
Minum byk air masak, almost 3 litres per day.
And sheet mask almost everyday (ada skip jugak time malas).
And Harrogate cream I pakai kat jerawat, cepat jer kering. Sabun dia mostly pakai utk badan jah.
Philosophy cleanser is my holy grail.
Himalaya facial foam cleanser pakai time nak period or bump jerawat nak kluar.
Himalaya Neem facepack tu masker, pun clearkan my pores, guna seminggu sekali or dua je.

Bahaya Milk Tea tu sis. Penuh dgn gula. Saya dlu pun rajin pas GST die jadi mahal. Decided to stop. Alhamdulillah. Skang setahun minum 2 ke 3 kali. |

i tau tp tu la benda yg x sihat yg sedap you hehe... slowly la i pernah stop beli so nothing is impossible cuma nk find the strength tu. now slowly eat healthy bwa bekal ke ofis. dah alang2 i nk kene mix formula utk baby, jaga je la makan.

Hi. I guna cetaphil . Sangat bagussss. I baca ada skincare guru kat twitter ajar. 60 seconds rule. Means u cuci muka selama 1 min. Untuk make sure product betul2 absorb dlm kulit. I dh try for 1 months. I can see the difference kat pores i. Mungkin u boleh cuba jugak |
