kalau boleh elak la beli dr developer TALAM..
bukan apa, terlalu byk bad record la TALAM nih..
pastu finishing rumah TALAM ni x brape elok sgt..
sbb tu la value dia x naik sgt..

Alam 2 ke Aman 2... rasanya Aman 2 kot, sebab ada Aman 1 dan Aman 2... sekarang baru launch Bayu n DInar kalau tak silap.. saya tak beli semua tu, saya duduk fasa lebih awal - Pendita II. tapi saya tengok rumah Aman tu, built up besar, finishing pun cantik, lantai atas tu solid wood bukan parquete macam yang biasa tu... ruang tamu ruang family, saiz bilik semua saya suka tapi saya dah beli Pendita lama dulu, so cuma jenguk2 sajalah.. satu lagi rumah Aman ni tangga tepi tapi tak mengadap ruang depan, lain sikit dari kebiasaan.

elok jugak di war-warkan kat sini mana2 developer yg tak bertanggungjawab ni, boleh jadi panduan pada sapa yg baru nak beli rumah...

tapi kalo x silap skrg ni mana2 developer yg dah diblacklist bank akan check masa korang apply loan, kalo dier tengok black listed je, dier tolak application loan korang.

masalsahnyer kan hike..sampai la nih...si TALAM nih..KPKT tak nak blacklis kan company nih..kalau ada status black list..senang ler peminjam wang..nih ada unsur2 politikus nih..jadi mcm nih.. sampaikan persatuan dah htr surat kat PM, TPM..semua menteri2 kabiet..satu harammmtindakan pun tak diambil lagi...

selalunya kalau loan 300k, bayaran dalam RM1500 sebulan...

ye ke, tak tau la plak, coz masa hike apply org tu tanya sapa developer, kalo developer tu diorang blacklist mmg diorang reject my application.

tu la pasal..Bandar Saujana Putra ada dua developer..
sebelah kiri LBS dan kanan TALAM..
yang LBS dah pun siap dan boleh duduk dah..
yang TALAM still terbengkalai..
memang teruk la TALAM ni..
x payah pikir 2 kali..
dengar je TALAM, tolong la JANGAN beli..!!

tu le kan...sian la kat adik i..dok hanging jer mcm tuh... sape pun tak nak tolong derang..sedih sangat..dah le kat kawasn tersohor MSC status..pun jadi mcm nih..gomen sikit pun tak nak bantu..kalau buat meeting..wakil TALAM 2 MUKA..tak nak dtg pun..dia htr wakil cokia2 jer...

mula2tu rasa mcm tak mau beli
lg pun tak register kat hartanah..lama2 rasa rugi lak..tapi ituler..nak que panjang sangat..
tu yg beli kat kota warisan jer tu..

rumah putrajaya nih takde pagar..tu yg i kureng sikit tu...
anyway i rasa rugi gak tak beli kat sini...
kalau beli takde dsiakun  gomen..mau lebih rm400k nih...
