kita hanya perlu angkat montot siki ...
if tenggong bangun pun ok...dorg panggil squats. mmg good for thighs and ass...and for those yg tak pernah buat, akan rasa sakit the day after. that is normal...muscle sore tu. in 2-3 hari..dia hilang la.
but if sakit lutut...better becareful...make sure ur position/stance tu betul...psl if lutut tu tergeliat...ooo...long-term effect! |

yela..ade kawan bim amik reduktil..4bulan 10kg ilang ..huhu
tapi bila dia benti kan..dah naik balik tak sampai sebulan naik 5 kg..
