Sung Shi Kyung’s ’1N2D Guidebook’, what’s it really about?
TV Report reporter Jang Yeong Joon] Singer Sung Shi Kyung revealed a ’1 Night 2 Days’ guidebook, which attracted a lot of interest in its contents.
On 21st Aug during the broadcast of KBS 2TV ‘Happy Sunday – 1 Night 2 Days’, Sung Shi Kyung appeared in the episode and had said, “There’s someone I know, who’s a radio program writer, and an ardent fan of ’1N2D’. I said I was going to appear in ’1N2D’, so he texted me a detailed list about the program.” He then revealed its contents.
The text message began with a title called ‘Points to Remember when you’re in 1 Night 2 Days’, which was written from the perspective of a viewer who studiously watched every episode, and it sparked interest in the way it was written with so much details :
1) Never trust anyone. If Na Yeong Seok PD treats you well, there must be some hidden motives. For example, if he gives you a good meal, you will have to work hard enough to repay the cost of the meal 2-3 times over. If you talk badly about Na PD, the members will love it so much that their reactions will be huge, such that it can’t be edited away and will appear during broadcast.
2) If you have to be in a team race, and not an individual race, then try to be in the same team as the ‘Brain’, Eun Ji Won, or the ‘Hardworking’ Lee Seunggi. The only disadvantage is that these two are really ‘gil-chi’ (idiots at road directions). Even if Lee Seunggi says he knows the way, never believe him. For road directions, Kang Ho Dong is the best at this, but even if you are in Kang Ho Dong’s team which wins, in the end, your body suffers the greatest. But still, (by being with Kang Ho Dong) your broadcast footage will be at its maximum.
3) The players you should be with and shouldn’t be with during ball games:
- jegichagi (Korean shuttlecock game) > Lee Su Guen is the best, Lee Seunggi is the worst.
- running > Lee Su Guen is the fastest, followed by Uhm Tae Woong, Lee Seunggi. Kang Ho Dong is the slowest.
- games involving ball tosses like volleyball > Kang Ho Dong is the best
- soccer-volleyball > Lee Su Geun is the best, while Uhm Tae Woong has ‘dog feet’. Eun Ji Won and Kim Jong Min are not good at ball games.
After receiving this guidebook, Sung Shi Kyung said, “’1 Night 2 Days’ is not just any variety program where viewers just watch, it really seems to have captured many ardent fans”
This episode shows the beginning of the ‘Viewers Tour Training Camp’, with supporting emcees like singers Sung Shi Kyung, Baek Ji Young and announcer Jeon Hyun Moo
