Deschamps Still Undecided

The future of the French coach at Juve is still uncertain andeverything should be solved in the coming weeks now that the Bianconerihave achieved the mathematical promotion to Serie A.

Didier Deschamps spoke to Sky Italia about his future with Juve, a future which is still not very clear.

"We shall discuss like everyone else. My objective was that of coachingJuventus back into Serie A. Right now I say yes, then we shall seelater on.

"There will be discussions, but in these days I want to take a breakand stay with my family. Finally there isn't the stress, because thestress does exist: a Juve coach is condemned to win, and it's neverenough.

"Then our luck is that we closed the issue and leaves to the club a lotof time to move. Not only with me, but also with the players, the mostimportant ones," declared the French coach.

In the coming weeks, the Juventus club is expected to have talks withvarious players, including Gigi Buffon, in order to hold the players inTurin.

Lippi Keen To Rest, Rules Out Juventus Return

World Cup winning coach Marcello Lippi has ruled out a return to Juventus, insisting that he is still resting.

The former Juventus coach had emerged as the favourite for the Juventus hot seat following Didier Deschams' departure, but has categorically ruled out a return over the summer.

"My rest had not ended," he said, speaking to the Gazzetta dello Sport. "I've said many times that next summer I won't coach - and the fact that Juve's bench is now free doesn't change my decision.

"We have known each other for a long time. Have I ever changed after having taken a decision?

"No, and it will be the same this time. Mine is a decision that is set aside from everything.

"Do you know how many clubs have looked for me? Many, and from many countries.

"I say again, I will be resting this summer."

However, he insists that he has not retired yet: "I could be retired looking at my age, but I have decided to work again for a few years."
