yeah got  that recipe and i sort of recalled some bits about the know how and have been looking up for it on youtubes tapi tak sama...so last last i  emailed. happy got it , nice. you boleh buat spaghetti aglio olio. hahaha

crab soup is good...but you have to watch your food intake, as you are aging, fruits and vegetables should be the better choices...do exercise once in awhile if u have the opportunity...

i dont watch tv or scroll to social medias nowadays...just reading and reciting the quran is my hobby now...dekat kan diri dgn tuhan as challanges ahead is quite real..you know, with all the current situation going on...i do recommend you to read al-mulk, surah yassin and a few short surah for your well being...it will do wonders for your heart, mind and soul...check it out..

are you , wow , best. Coolest stuffs that you do now, yeah sould start tadabbur, correct , good points though. U baca tiap 2 malam ye surah al mulk ? if yes wow good istiqamah.

rasa rindu tersangat2 pada anak... (my ex tak bg jumpa/contact)

weekday, im still okey coz blh divert rasa rindu tu dgn busy dengan kerja ...
tp bila weekend, rasa lost gila.. nak2 bila PKPB ni...

jd hanya ubat rindu dgn tgk gambar2 shj lah...

nothing fancy..just go for the short surah and do it daily...yg penting istiqamah...and you know the meaning of the surah..no point reciting a long surah and you dont understand it...

nothing fancy? well for me , anything  related to Quran is always interestin though...so surah mana - i mean semua surah is kalamullah and they are nice and which one is your fave?

Rindu pd masa silam. Kalau lah ada mesin masa utk putar balik masa2 & org2 yg ada pd masa tu, i would do anything just to get the feeling back. Xdpt nk ubah , dpt feel lg sekali pon jadi lah. Rindu smpai rasa sesak dada
