setau aku, bulan antu ni dlm bulan 8 rasanye.. sbb ingat lg opismate yg cine2 ni mmg taknak stayback kat opis masa bulan antu. paling lewat pun kul 6 dorang nk balik umah.. yg kita ni tak tau ape2 mmg terpinga2

yang aku tau, tiap kali hungry ghost festival, aku mmg payah dpt tido lena.....asyik terganggu aje lena ku...dgn mimpi2 dan bayangan2 yg mendatangkan kemusykilan.....

syirik la kalau korang percaya benda ni ( ini untuk orang islam laa) tak elok percaya benda kurafat) kalau masyarakat cina tu lain la sebab itu kepercayaan mereka tapi bagi org islam setiap saat, minit, jam hari, bulan dan tahunadalah baik. Jin and syaitan tu normal laa.

tapi,aku rasa dlm ghost festival tuh..
mybe ade pemujaan or etc yg aku kurang arif..
yg menjadi magnet buat jin2 dtg..
n mybe gak di kala itu gak time dia buat onar..

kat jepun...bln hantu...bln 8.....time ni..ada satu hari khas utk roh tok nenek moyang mereka...balik ke bumi...utk lawat anak cucu....rasanya 2 hari...

bulan ni gak..dorang bersihkan kubur...dan letak makanan atau bunga...kat kubur....

kat tv pun...kalau cable tv @ bbtv (ala2 mcm astro tu..) fox movie ke...channel2 movie...semua pakat tayang cite2 hantu sepanjang bulan tu...

selalunya...dlm bulan 8 ni...byk fenomena bulan penuh...dan juga shooting star...

HUNGRY GHOST FESTIVAL

WHAT IT IS
  every year, during the Seventh Lunar Month, Chinese in every corner of the globe celebrate the Hungry Ghost Festival.
   The story goes that the dead souls in hell return to be among the living to be with their loved ones once again. The living, knowing this, make their short stay on earth as comfortable as possible. That's why food offerings are a common sight during this time. Sometimes retless and  malevolent spirits return to seek for venngeance.
    Souls also return with a desire to be reunited with their loved ones. It's believed that children, being innocent, can actually see their dead grandparents at the ancestral altar as they have the gift of "sight".

TAOIST VIEW
    The Taoist believe that the gates of hell agre opened for one month, the period called the Hungry Ghost Festival, so taht the spirits of the dead are free to roam the earth once again. This is why people burn joss-sticks and joss-paper, symbolising silver nad gold, or paper money. These are "hell bank notes" for the visiting dead. Thay also leave ojfferings of food for the dead souls to feed on.
    And so, the next time you walk through smoke and ashes of teh burning debris,remmeber,ghosts are floating all around you,partaking of these goodies on their holiday from hell.

THE BUDDHIST VIEW
    The Buddhist celebrate this festival for another reason. They use this period to commemorate Mu Lian for his filial piety.
    According to the legend, Mu Lian was a young man in ancient China who was so devoted to his mother that when she had died and gone to hell, he tried to comfort her. After much trouble, Mu Lian broke into hell in order to be with his dear departed mother. Buddha was so moved by this that he allowed the good son to give her food and other offerings to ease the pain she was suffering.
    All this makes perfect sense to the Buddhists who continue to mark this filial act to this day.

MAIDS AND MASSAGE PARLOURS
    The Hungry Ghost Festival idea of the dead needing things from the living can be carried to extremes. These days, after a person dies, the living try to give the departed handphones. cars, houses and money. Some even burn models of maids and massage parlours so that these can get to their loved ones. These paper models that go up in smoke can cost tens of thousands of dollars too build. Even credits cards are burned. Apparently, even hell become cashless society.
    And all of this is done so that life on the other side is a little more bearable.

OTHER CULTURES
    The concept of souls needing help on their ultimate journey can be found in other cultures and religions. Most believe that only when the spirits have raechegd their final destination or the Land of the Dead will they stop being restless. In many religions, a grand feast is usually held to mark the arrival of the dead into theor final rest.
    The Japanese marks "Obon" or Feast of Lantern to receive and entertain the spirits. During this time, between July 13 and 16, homes are lighten up to uide the spirits into the homes.
    Among the Hindus, there is a practice to give sustenance to the departed spirits so that they can survive teh 10 different hells they have to traverse.
    In the West, All Souls' Day and All Saints' Day are rooted in the same kind of belief.

macam atok aku cakap(atok aku pawang perubatan islam), bende takkan wujud kalau kite tak  percaya, jin/setan ni akan mengada ada kan ape yang manusia percaya.. selagi ade yang percaya kewujudan bulan ni dan ape yang terjadi bulan ni, selagi tu la hantu akan berterusan jadi kuat  pada bulan tu...

so kurangkan kepercayaan syirik hantu kuar pada bulan tu.. semua tu kerpercayaan karut.. kalau korang orang islam, orang melayu, tak yah la caye.. orang melayu islam banyak ilmu pasal bende nih.. aku ade terbace pasal rahsia petu petua orang melayu...
buku tu cakap, kalau kite percaya sesuatu bende tu BETUL BETUL, SANGA SANGAT akan berlaku walau mustahil akan berlaku, bende tu tetap berlaku.. tu antara salah 1 nye..

kesimpulannye, selagi korang percaya, selagi tu la akan wujud hantu jadi kuat pada bulan ni..

Along rasa benda2 nih bile kita puja lagi la dia suker. so kira bulan tu energy depa kuat sebab manusia dok puja depa. Sebagai orang Islam itulah perkara yang penting kita kena ELAKKAN iaitu percaya bahawa jin dan syaitan itu atau hantu yang orang kita panggil, mampu memudaratkan kita. NO NO NO **gaya FF**

Kwn aku kate, colok2 tu adalah jalan tuk antu2 ni...kirenye sign board or petunjuk jln tuk antu la...ke mana yg bole dituju...

Ketika tu aku g srapan dgn 2 kawan kt sbuah gerai,gerai tu brhampiran gak dgn kubur cina.
Kwn aku si A ni mmg kategori cun.dia kta kat aku..." Eh..Org tu tgh pandang kt kita lah" . Aku sangkakan org dlm kedai tu.sb mmg orgramai waktu tu....jam 10.30am time coffeebreak.

Tp kwn aku yg si B plak sudah perasan..dia g tanya..Org yg mna satu dok admiring dia..tpi si A nh jwp.."Ini bkn org biasalah,Org nh kau x npk aku aje yg npk, dok brdiri sebelah kau tu..rambut paras bahu,baju lusuh.muka mcm cina,usia dlm 25...tgh dok pndg kita makan nh...."(Siap detail dia bgtau)

Apa lg...sudu dn garfu yng kami pgg pun brlaga lh...mengeletar,trkejut.srpn pn x abis,bingkas kami mniggalkan gerai tu...............kejadian tu brlaku dlm bln Ghost Festival.

Memang kepercayaan org cine yang bulan ghost festival ni berlaku byk kejadian berdarah..cth kemalangan..
Ingat tak kejadian kemalangan bas terbalik masuk gaung kat highway dekat dgn bukit gantang tu..taktau la kebetulan ke atau ape ...tapi benda tu jadi dlm bulan ghost festival jgk..
Ade la jiran cine ni ckp...dalam bulan ghost festival ni elakkan la jalan jauh2 ...
tp tu kepercayaan diaorg...as a Muslim I takde la percaya benda2 nie..
mb ianya kebetulan saja..dah nak accident tu accident jgk
