diet pun penting gak, bukan diet yg kena pantang-itu pantang ini. diet dlm erti pengambilan pemakanan yg berkhasiat . tahap kolestorel sumer kena amik tau.

Takdenya nak diet miet...

Dah lifestyle tak makan lewat malam..so perut memang mantain flat...and mantain remaja seumur hidup...

aku plak x diet...
cma jga je pemakanan....lma2 kelamaan dah terbiasa...

so, perut masih lg maintain setakat nie..alahamdulillah
compare ngan kwn2 seangkatan (kolej) dlu...

kalo yang tak diet tapi jaga pemakanan malam, mmg ok laaa.. malam bukan time amik heavy meal [kalo amik tuh, anggap TEr-cheat la, tapi jangan buat kerap2 huhuhhu].... kalo yang rajin kira kalori tetiap harik, lagik bagus, tapi larat nak belek label tetiap harik, parah tuh.

Pada yang malas tapi nak result, leh buat sumthing, cam sayer ahehehhe.. makan herbalife. Dulu area perot ~99cm [100cm la kasik senang celita], serkang dah 88cm. Dari jeans 44, sekarang 34. Cemana tuh? Muhahahha.. rajin2, singgah blog sayer yer.. and share your thought! majulah sukan untuk negara, kuang kuang kuang!!!

sasi slalu mkn lewat dlm ku 10,kadang pepagi pon ader...tu yg perut susah nk turun.nk situp/ senam mmg la malas. dh 4 hari diet x mkn mlm.8pm is my last light meal....ternyata  berkesan....perut turun wey.

Sama la kita...:handshake:

Kawan2 seangkatan aku segan2 je kalau aku ajak jumpe...sah2 dorang jadi stok lawak aku...jahat kan...

Cuma ada sorang je kawan baik aku yang sama betul2 jaga badan siap pegi gym tak penah missed...anak dua-tiga pun perut siap ketul2 lagi...camtuh baru betul...

Pada aku yang boroi2 ni malas nak jaga badan....tu ajer....

Senang je....buat senaman ABS 100 kali...jogging 10km sehari ...lepas tu naik basikal 10km..semuanya aku buat kat gym....lepas tiga bulan perut kempis...timbul 4pack.....makan kena jaga....seboleh-boleh lepas pukul 8mlm..jangan makan nasi...
