Joging paling cepat kuruskan badan, tp klu nak bahagian perut je, elok la amik cit tok san tu.. buat la sit up skit.. 100 sehari ke, dlm 2 3 bulan ilanglah keboroian tu hehehe works for me, why don't u try... |

yeah i'm taking chitosan, buat sit up n jog at gym...sometimes attend body jam class...but now i'm doing jogging outside the gym...nak menghirup udara segar...mostly kat klcc park after work...masuk gym mandi jer....
as many penasihat pemakanan tak bertauliah pesan (kengkawan aku yg berjaya buat diet nih) kite takleh nak skip makan especially breakfast...makan as what you need only not too much and control the intake of carb and take more protein...
lagipon if u take chitosan, the right thing to do, u dont even need to control your meal cause the chitosan will block your food from becoming part of your fat...but for future reason, cholestrol tuh kalo bleh control la jugak...
p/s: tapi makan chitosan nih asyik nak pegi berrr jer kat bilik kecik tuh...hehehehe |

kalo bebetul nak slim, lean and toned tapi jalan yang tak elok pun ade caranya.....
everytime nak buat push up ke, jog ke or any regular routine for workout...
hmmmm..... amik ecstacy/ICE/Syabu b4 u start.... dont take one tablet... amik suku je...
pastu ko lalok sikit... kalo ko buat 1000 times sit up pun ko tak terasa.... ko nak makan pun takda selera...
ini benda yang tak elok la kan.... |

ni petua aku bro,aku dulu perot 38..skrg ni da 30 ja..petua aku..waktu makan aku kurangkan kalo dulu 4 kali sehari(setiap meal aku tambah dua pinggan)..skrg jadi 2 kali sehari..bfast/lunch n dinner(make sure pukul 7mlm)...then makan kalo nak tambah..aku tambahkan lauk ja mcm sayur,aku x galakkan tambah nasi..sebab nasi adalah karbohidrat,karbohidrat beri tenaga..bila tenaga x digunakan akan jadi lemak..so jadilah 2 kali sehari..lepastu bangun tdo dgn sebelum tdo aku amalkan exercise nih..sit up,main dumbell dgn pumping..aku amalkan bende2 ni dah setahun lebih..Alhamdulillah,skrg makin baik..walaupun kadang ade tekantoi diet..hehe..muscle2pon da bleh nampak..skrg aku sebuk main sit up..nak tambahkan 4 packs..2 packs yg atas sudah ada hehe good luck..

haaa lagi satu kalau kau suka lpak mamak..ko xpayah nak matikan hobi kau tu..aku memang kaki lepak mamak so kalo dulu aku slalu order teh tarek..skrg lepak mamak aku order air limau..pastikan kurangkan manis..heheh..oh ya kalau time makan jgn ber ulam kan air...lepas makan ko lepak dalam 2-3 minit...pastu minumla air..minum slow2..air putih paling bagus |

thanks i'm doing that now....morning 100 sit-ups n before sleep another 100....
alhamdullah selama seminggu nih aku berjaya menahan perut dr makan nasi...lapar sket tuh biase laa...nak seribu daya kan just need to more cardio exercise jer...tapi tatau la baru seminggu jer aku buat diet cemnih...so far so good...malam dlm pukul 11 dah lapar tapi aku paksa diri tak pikir pasal tuh....n kengkadang kalo malas nak paksa diri aku tdo jer...esoknyer baru makan breakfast..yeah mmg aku slalu dinner before 7pm....tuh pon makan sald jer kengkadang...i'm trying my best not to eat rice... |
