not really, anisha punya nenek is pehin isa. they are not related at all and Anisha is not royal. tapi kerana pehin isa are buddies with HM for the fact that pehin isa is part of head govt authority they end up growing up together.
They even went to the same school at JIS. Anisha's brother Dan is one of TM's best friend. which is why people are speculating theyve been together since forever.
truth is Anisha been in TM's like since they were in their childhood. They were only together since the recent years.
