Kerja kat labuan, langkawi pun dah o.k, berapa tahun dah boleh bwa balik kereta

aku nie baru nak g kerja.. baru abis diploma gaji dalam 1.4k basic.. agak2 kalau nak beli myvi 1.5 tu lepas tak? mak aku dapat wang pencen arwah bapak aku dlm 1.1k..agak2 bank luluskan tak if aku nak amik graduate scheme tu?boleh tolong bagi cadangan tak? |

ic.....yerla...the price car is cheap there, tp org luper, individual income tax kat sana adalah tinggi circa 45% in 2012 (cut down from 50% in 2010 - that reduction somehow has been largely offset by increase in national insurance and value added tax). right??
kat mesia income tax cuma 26% ajek max.......germany & france pon 45% kan? japan 50%. australia 45%......but no doubt, these countries have cheaper car (but higher individual income tax)
i think its country's decision..kat mana yg rendah, mesti ada yg tinggi. this is to have the balance of economy. unless rakyat mesia sanggup nak bayar income tax tinggi mcm kat UK 45% or japan 50% or indonesia 35% then boleh la kot turunkan rega kereta and naikkan fuel price and hire purchase int rate??
mcm yg u buat comparison RM to pound to kalau amek RM30k vs 30kpound tue....even graduate that earns 2500 kat sana pon takkan beli kereta 30k dkt europe, right?? even tho dkt mesia nie the cheapest brand new car cost us around that (RM33k - saga SV)....tp i think not bad coz its monthly commitment cuma RM250/month which translated abt 10% drpd gross income....but...but....sesaper yg gaji 2500 tp nak fork big chunk of their $$ to buy satria neo misalnyer.......yg itu i think, tidak pandai mengukur payslip di body sendiri....kot?
yeah, you're right....lets hope our public transport fast improving......it will save lotssa trouble and hassle.... |

Yup..true tina..msia income tax can be considered low...max is 26% for high income earners...in europe..average tax for max income earners about 40% plus...holland, spain and portugal among the highest...in holland alone max tax is about 60% plus on taxable income. And since their tax rate is high..there are other added benefits..like quality education, good medical services, efficient public transport, low car price...better salary, and also affordable housing...
Personally i paid about 40% tax last time...but even though i paid more tax...balance income still rasa cam banyak..sbb house, car, electricity, sky bills, sume tu still left me with comfortable saving...and comfortable life..esp on travel ..very cheap to move around..
Owning a car is cheap...but petrol price is high...maintenance wise..depends on workshop...but most of the time..people in city prefer public transport..
Bila i balik mesia...even though tax is 26% ..rasa cam tak cukup je lak cause basic things mcm rumah and kereta takes major chunk of my income...due to inflated car and house...which i felt should be somewhat lower, probably other parts of subsidise goods tu boleh cam gula, beras tepung minyak sume tu..tak payah le nak disubsidikan sgt..sbb more to pekedai yg reap the rewards..even petrol pun..i rasa leh naik sikit...probably at 2.20 level ke as starting..so reducing the subsidy..govt income yg extra tu can lower the car and control the property price..and if govt still got surplus..revise back our people's salary...with better salary, affordable house and car prices...at least basic things tu tak terasa burden sgt..hope for better days ahead..

public transport yang efisien bagus....utk sesiapa yg mengejar masa...ke tempat kerja..
tapi kereta lebih baik utk extra mengejar masa dan utk kelebihan keselesaan..

tak jadi masalah sbb aku ada masuk duit buat online business sket.. tapi bro tahu tak apa document yg aku kena ada?
ye lah aku nie freshie baru nak masuk kerja lepas raya nie..nak kata 3 bulan slip gaji tu mmg takde lar..cadang nak wat graduate scheme tu je.. |

tadi borak dengan orang di bank, mereka kata yang jadi strict 7 tahun tu ialah personal loan. Car loan still macam biasa saje, kata beliau lah. |

rasa mcm xlepas je ngn gaji 1.4k..sbb myvi 1.5 tu agk mhal kn..
sb ada housemate gaji dlm 1.2k-1.3k nk amek myvi biasa 1.3 pon susah nk lepas..apa2 pon try la kot2 lepas..

syarat ketat bank negara kdgkala menyusahkan....bukan semua mmapu nk bayar smpai habih 5 thn...
kalau gaji 2K,bayau keta je dah 800 sebulan..belum kira mentenen keta...ada dapur x berasap..
