Pekerja kaunter telco mmg ntaj ape2.ikhlas dr org yg pernah ngamuk di kaunter celcom.belasan tahun guna celcom.tp bile kena bil rm800 seminggu, mmg ku hamuk la. N terus potong line.shame in u celcom.may u burn in hell.
xsangka nubhan boleh mengamuk..mcm mana la gayanya ye
response si admin page tu punya la ntah apa2.. sapa lantik jd admin ntah kalau PR failed.
patutnya balas mcm ni paling kurang pon:
"Hi Miss Prisha, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We believed Mr Nubhan has a solid reason why he lost his temper that day. As far as we know, he is not someone who will create such scene. There must be something terrible happen that made he lost his temper like that. Whatever it is, we as his fan will advise him to not pull that act anymore. Thanks for your honest feedback. Yep..seksa weh kalau jd front line ni. Kdg2 org ldn buat silap..yg front line ni yg kena bambu. Ive been through dat hell. But kalau aku p mane2 center yg prg cs dia kerja mcm x kerja..mmg aku sound jek terus.
aku pernah gak mengamuk kat maxis.. pasal bill aku sampai 200 hengget... aku marah kaw2 nya .. tapi pakai phone la... kalau pi customer services.. agak takut gak la sbb ramai mamat india yg lg besar dr aku.. ahahak
