Isu genting sbb depa buat kontrak dgn org luar. Asalnya kampeni tu agree, tapi lepas kena takeover, org baru taknak sbb genting ada pusat perjudian. Gaduh2 depa ni bkn level iols nak amik tau.
Itu sbbnya sblm buat kontrak dgn org luar, mmg kena kenal masak2. |

I am not anwserable to you. it is clear that the king was defamed in the article. if it is fake action can be taken especially he is so high profile and the allegations are so serious.
there is no court of law that will throw this suit and say salah nama, i suggest you talk to your lawyer frienns or google about defamation and slander

Hahaha... If they intend to proceed with defamation or slander, they wouldn't be publicizing it on social media. I gather that you missed this part? Perhaps you ought to have a wee chat with your lawyer friends or even better, google on the internet. I hear the internet is a great tool for learning. But it can't teach common sense to some people though. |

Dude this is not common sense, if there is clear slander to the King who is a VVIP firstly palace must issue a denial. takkan ini pun you tak tau. the article out 3 over days ada palace issue a denial?
The king of Malaysia allegedly brought back 2000 vaccines it is clearly indicated in the article. Did the palace deny it?
so if you are going to sue for slander 1 action is to address the issue and deny then can proceed with next course of action. again ini tak perlu common sense, just something a first year law student can advice

Advice ialah kata nama.
Advise ialah kata kerja.
Dolu2, istana amik masa baper lame utk reply? Selalu ke istana reply? Iols rasa hang yg nak tau sgt kalau benar 2k beksin mai masuk mesia. Takde kaitan pun psl nak jaga nama baik sesapepun. Tang mana yg depa wajib issue denial? Are they accountable to you? Do they need to explain to you regarding their actions or have they discussed with the government regarding this matter?
Btw, is issuance on social media compulsory before a slander or defamation case can proceed? This is what I meant by common sense. Don't confuse your wants (in this case to know about the 2000 vaccines) with what their actions are. I don't think it is your place to dictate to the King on what he needs or has to do. so its ok to slander the king internationally and no action is taken by palace. i bukan advisor king i never have been the kings advisor nor i aspire to be one.

anyways i am getting vaccinated next week in Singapore and my parents were vaccinated today. My mum baru message so well organised and she was impressed. My mum is a cancer patient and kena vaccine. she has done her part. My sis in law is a breast feeding her 6 month old baby and also a front liner. she has also been vaccinated.
syukur semua ok sahaja, we have done our part as responsible citizents of the world
