tu yang pening tu.. Makning guna resepi donat suria lah. Mungkin salah teknik kot tapi tak pa esuk Makning akan cuba pulak guna yeast kering

mak ning,  cuba buat yang donut suria modified by Sue..yang tu pun senang...mak ning try pakai yeast kering dulu...cuma pastikan air tu tak panas..kalau panas nanti yis tu mati..kak nah dah try dua-dua resepi...memang senang dan alhamdulillah jadik..beshhh sangat..

Terima Kasih,makning akan cuba buat pakai yeast kering.Oh..ruponya jangan pakai air suam, mungkin makning pakai air suam terlebih suam tu yang tak jadi dan serap minyak. TQ TQ makning akan cuba lagi tapi bukan hari ni... makning nak kasi relax dulu pening tempohhari belum habis lagi...

tapi ada dah beli Cookeen refined vegetable fat..
sama la tu ekk..

1 sudu mkn butter
1 sudu mkn gula castor
1 biji kuning telur
200 ml air suam
1 sudu mkn yis mauripan..


sue, resepi u tuh...i sudu gula castor..ini untuk coating ke..memang campur sekali ngan benda2 lain tuh..

and yis mauripan tuh yg segera nye ek..yg peket warna kuning kot..kalu tak salah..

2-3 hari lepas sut buat donut suria..mak aiii memang lembut gebussss...seronok membuatnya...hehhehee
anak2 suka sangat...rugi benor pada sape2 yg belum mencuba..hhehehee

alhamdullillah menjadik korang buat.. dlm seminggu mesti buat sekali sbb yg anak bujangku tu minat
sgt donut...tp badan cekeding jgak.. ibu dia jek yg makin membulat...

donut ni jugak ler yg adik sue buat kat umah MIL dia yg x pernah sekali pun buat donut...(kes nak bodek

nak tanya pakar2 memasak kat sini.. camne penggunaan yis basah tu? campur terus dalam tepung ke atau kene rendam ngan air/susu suam dulu tu ke?

lagi satu, klu untuk buat roti kan, klu kita nak tukar instant yis tu kepada yis basah boleh ke? sebab setahu saya klu guna yis basah kene kuantiti nya lebih kan berbanding dengan instant yis (mauripan).  camne nak measure berapa banyak kuantiti yang kene guna klu kita tukar guna yis basah ni ye?

harap mendapat tunjuk ajar dari sume. tima kasih

maira..maaf ye sut tak penah pakai yis basah..buat donut ke roti ke pau ke sut prefer yis kering (mauripan)...

dulu pernah try skali donut suria tp cam kurang menjadi mgkin salah cara menguli kot :hmm:saya main tenyeh2 aje he...he.... tak pernah seumur hidup menguli :lol

nak try lagi sekali sebab anak saya pun suka donut ni
