Semalam buat fettucine carbonara. Carbonara dia tak pakai krim.



Sebelum tu pulak buat spagetti n stroganoff. Stroganoff ni boleh jugak makan ngan nasi.

Senang je nak buat dia ni. Ni kira resipi bila time malas.

* 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 onion, halved, thinly sliced
* 250g button mushrooms, sliced
* 1/2 cup plain flour
* 700g lean beef stir-fry strips
* 1 cup reduced-salt beef/chicken stock
   or 1 chicken cube in one cup of hot water
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce /HP Sauce
* 2 tablespoons light sour cream


Directions:
1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Increase heat to high. Add mushrooms. Cook for 4 minutes, or until tender. Set aside.
2. Meanwhile, place flour, and salt and pepper into a shallow dish. Lightly coat beef strips in flour. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to frying pan. Add half the beef. Cook over high heat until meat is browned, shaking pan to turn meat. Remove. Repeat with remaining beef and oil.
3. Return beef, onion and mushrooms to frying pan. Add stock and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 8 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Stir through sour cream.
4. Spoon pasta onto plates. Spoon over stroganoff. Serve with steamed green beans.

ni healthy pasta buat untuk berbuka puasa tadi... colourfull.. hehehe




ni chicken fillet. instead goreng, saya guna kan oven je.. jimat minyak. less cholestrol hehe




the veggies - capsicum, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, potato



spiral pasta






lastly spread lil bit of parmesan cheese...

Pasta Bakar yg shidaaziz bawa semasa menjenguk kakliza di Ampang Puteri Specialiast Hspital baru2 ni....

dia gunakan resepi Baked Lasagna...

spegathi segera apa je yang ada kat peti ais.. ( kes takde daging hancur )

bahan2:

1. spegheti (kita suka angle hair - sbb dia halus2  depends la. ada org suka yang tebal2) - kalau angle hair neh... rebus kejap je.. sbb dia halus... cepat masak

2. bawang putih half labu - cincang dadu kecik2

3. bawang besar sebijik (kalau skit je spegethi leh guna half) - cincang dadu kecik2

4. oregano and daun basil (or bay)

5. rencah2 sukahati la - udang ke.. daging ke... sausage ke.. crab stick tu ke...(sedap tarok neh)... sotong ke... kiranya..apa yang ada kat peti ais tu la

6. capsicum and carot (kalau takde takpe..belasah.. tapi ada lagi sedap )


7. lada itam

8. tomato puree ( kalau tak nak letak pun tak pe - letak sedap skit)

cara:

rebus speghti cam biasa

tumis bawang putih ngan bawang besar tadik... - agak2 dah kuning skit.. jgn sampai hangus.. t tak sedap


masukkan udang... carot..dan bahan2 rencah tadik ( kalau crab stik tu.. masukkan last.. sbb t dia hancur..)


masukkan bay leaf..

kaco2 agak2 sume rencah peti ais dah agak2 masak skit2...

tarok capsicum

masukkan spegthi tadik..

masukkan tomato puree..

tarok oregano ( tarok la byk mana... )

kaco2..

tarok lada itam

rasa garam... - garam sukahati la nak masuk masa awal2 pun takpe..


tadaaa... leh makan


sori la.. kita masak main campak2 je.. takde sukatan

nak mintak tolong kengkawan yg terror2 kat sini, bagi bagi tips macam mana nak rebus lasagna, sorrylah kalau soklan ni mcm kelakar je... sebab selalu kita buat lasagna kulitnya melekat2, bila kita nak susun tu dia terkoyak nampak comot sgt.. kita rebus dah letak minyak tapi tak tau lah mana silapnya... lama sgt kot kita rebus... ke tak payah rebus kulit tuh?... konpius lak pulakk...
