sepatutnya dr awal diterapkan pendidikan kesihatan dll..
kalau kat sekolah tu x cukup.. ye lah time PJK pun cikgu2 guna utk ngajar subjek lain..

kalau tgk singaporean.. semua body2 org sana semua tegap2.. huhuhuhu..
maybe sbb masuk national service kot..

cikgu yg ngajar PJ pon ntah tau ntah tidak.. asal boleh main bola sket dah ngajar PJ.. patut nye dowang nih kena hantar gi Crossfit camp..

betol tu...bukan apa, ms aku kerja kt CH, aku jumpa state level atlet kt sana, pemain bola, volleyball, diver, tp sayangnye pengetahuan kt dlm bidang fitness very poor.
come on, they all athlete, patutnye kerajaan negeri bagi la basic training dr segi knowledge. sbb diorg ni gifted people kan, they have something that we dont have...

bnda2 mcm nie kekadang terletak kat individu tu sendiri...nak @ x..

aku...
leh involve ngan fitness nie, sbb aku teringin bdn mcm diaorang...nmpk menarik!!!
so far alhamdulillah...ada la bntuk sket....wlaupun beljar dr mens health @ internet...

kesedaran tu penting....
kekadang kwn2 aku bnyk ngomel...bdn dah naik la..perut dah buncit la...
tp bila ajak joging je..maleh la and mcm2 alasan...

so, mcm mna nak bntu..klu 'peel' dah gitu...mkn plak x control....
hmmmmmm...'lu fikir la sndiri'

haah betul tu.. kat gym yg aku selalu gi nih pon.. orang yg kuar masuk silih berganti..
bulan pertama punya la rajin mcm nak rak.. pastu terus hilang sampai sekarng... termasuk la sorang member aku tuh.. bila ajak joging ke ke gym.. mcm2 alasan.. hmmmm > "lu pikir la sendiri"...

jog memang bagus..tapi aku lebih prefer walking...kurang skit impak kat lutut...risiko injury tu kurang skit

jog is one of the worst exercise....lolll...aku mmg anti ngn jog ni....
impak kt lutut tu terlalu besar.

baik korg rope skipping cam boxer tu, boleh gak melatih kordinasi dan juga refleks dlm masa yg sama

alamak bang.. joging nih kurang impact.. klu aku citer aku buat interval running, takut ada org tak paham.. still boleh kurangkan impact kat lutut dgn memakai running shoes.. then praktis ngan running tech yg betul - esp how to landing your feet.. kena landing penuh tapak kaki utk minimize the impact.. tp kalu dah tak prefer nak wat camno yer tak.. boleh la ganti ngan cycling, kayaking etc etc..

dulu aku suffer knee injury sbb lari nyer pasal.. slowly aku develop kaki.. mmg sampai skrg aku nye workout emphasis kat kaki.. aku klu squat org tak caya aku bleh squat 100kg.. berat aku skrg 65kg.. skrg nih shd be below than 100 la sbb lama tak squat.. dah setahun lebih aku lari sakit lutut hampir takde.. sbb yg aku tau klu nak running injury free kita develop quad..

atau pararrel?
kalo ikut local pnye standed 100kg ATG powa gak

Aku plak tak bleh masuk dengan jog. Impact agak kuat kalau aku jog,  so aku endup buat cardio guna cross-trainer.  Cuma aku takde leg press .

100kg rekod terulung aku..
standard back squat..  dlm sket lagi dr parallel.. kurang sket dpd deep squat..

Maxx, interval tuh lari jenis campur2 kepecutan nya.. kejap pecut, kejap joging, kejap moderate, pastu lenggang kangkung, pastu pecut balik, ikut suka hati dan kemampuan kita..

i defer that -
jog is NOT  one of the worst exercises -
it is not bad at all -
ONLY  kalau orang yang ada sakit lutut
and weak knees - memang tak digalakkan
berjogging -

kalau sihat - body okay
by all means - jogging is a good exercise too -

that's what we call a fartlek -

100m walk fast, 300m jog, 100m brisk walk, 300m jog
on and on.. -  a good method too -
