Schumacher penalised for overtaking Alonso
FIA race stewards have confirmed that Michael Schumacher has beendemoted to 12th place after passing Fernando Alonso on the final lap ofthe Monaco Grand Prix. Although the German passed after the Safety Carline, rules state that the move was illegal.
As of the start of the 2010 season, drivers are now allowed to pass(once the Safety Car pulls in) after the Safety Car line, as opposed toin previous years when overtaking was not permitted until passing thestart line.....(ada paham ke MS)
However, as stated in article 40.13 of thesporting code, drivers must not overtake if the Safety Car hascontrolled the race on the final lap, despite the silver Mercedessports car always returning to the pits to allow the winner to take thechequered flag.
With the stewards - one of which this weekendin 1996 Champion Damon Hill - having confirmed the 20-second penalty,Schumacher now drops from sixth to 12th position, which means SébastienBuemi has scored his first point of the year for Toro Rosso in 10th.

rule dia memang la lepas safety car masuk pit leh overtake tapi masih takleh overtake sehingga memintas garisan start/finish
tu kan basic rule
yang merc pun cuba menegakkan benang yang basah nih pehal
