Dah beberapa kali buat guna resepi ni...baru prasan, sama je dgn resepi water_lily tu...dekat cara-cara je lain sikit.

Kek Coklat Kukus Badariah
Sumber : Puan Badariah Ibrahim (ResepiNet)

Bahan-bahan:-
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 cwn serbuk koko
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
2 biji telur (Gred A)
1 cwn gula pasir
1 cwn susu pekat manis
1 cwn minyak masak (nak sedap lagi gunalah minyak Mazola)
1 cwn air panas

Cara-cara:
- ayak bersama tepung gandum, soda, baking powder dan serbuk koko.
- satu bekas lain pukul telur, minyak, susu dan gula bagi sebati ( tak payah pakai mixer )
- masukkan tepung yang diayak tadi, kacau sebati lagi
- last sekali masukkan air panas dan kacau sebati lagi.
- adunan ready utk dikukus. Kukus selama 1 jam.

tumpang tanya sikit ye kawan2 kat sini.
mcm mana nak buat toping coklat tu bagi dia berkilat ,dan tak pekat sgt..selalu nya pink double boil chocolate bar tu aje..ada ke apa2 petua atau bahan2 lain yg perlu di tambah untuk bagi moist?

kukus lama mana? dewi dah wat kek coklat kukus ( versi zaiima) dah berpuluh2 kali turn out ok jer eberi time. so maybe tak cukup time kukus kot. kek tu ikut resepi dewi kukus 1 jam. ( masa masukkan dlm pengukus air dah didih lla .. then pelankan api so kek tak merekah)

pastu serawa wat 45 minit je..kne 1 jam ek..
xpe2..nnti kite cube lg ek..
smlam bru wat,rase dh sedap...tp mcm xnaik..

ni kek coklat kukus kita buat... tak pandai hias.. kita tabur je kaler2...
memang moist sgt2...


yang ni kita buat clm cup... budak2 suka.. sebab comey..


yg ni pulak kita try guan self rising flour.. tak sangka naik merekah mcm apam...
rasa tetap sama.. sedap jugak..

kek selalu berkerak bawahnya so kakak anis suruh boh loyang isi air dan letak kat tingkat bawah, atasnya baru anis boh loyang isi adunan kek itu..hasilnya, kek lebih moist dan tak berkerak tebal...cantik jer masak dia..

Anis...nak tanya lagi...blur pulak....loyang berisi air tu diletakkan di tingkat bawah oven...dan loyang kek diletakkan di tingkat atasnya ke?...ataupun buat betul2 macam double boil...iaitu loyang kek diletakkan di dalam loyang yang berisi air tu?...Thanks ye Anis....
