- bubur oat - tabur dgn ikan bilis goreng + bwg putih + bwg besar + cili api di goreng garing...TABURKAN ye..

akak tk ambik sarapan pagi.....selalunya minum segelas air masak jer. kalau rasa nak makan gak telan oat 3 dlm 1 jer. tupun jarang sekali . terus makan tengahari jer la .
